- Kuwait is a small country in the Persian Gulf. I traveled there only because of cheap tickets from a neighboring Saudi Arabia, otherwise would have probably skipped it. Kuwait is off radar for the most of the travelers or in my case I should say for all travelers. In my time in Kuwait I failed to see a single tourist.
But I simply couldn’t understand why. It has sandy beaches, food, architecture and most importantly friendly people. Hopefully this video will change your mind when deciding you next travel plans to the Middle East and you will seriously consider Kuwait :)

@@theruudythe areas you went in the video are all areas of foreigners so go to malls like avenues mall,360 mall and animal mall you will find locals. If you come in the winter go to al Shaheed park you will have fun try to come around 20 of February to 2 of March because it is the national day in kuwait

@@theruudy well actually like what you said, mostly in shopping malls because it's usually hot in here so we pick places that have ac in them, but there are places like AlShaheed Park, it's the largest in the middle east/arab countries. Also, there's a place called Abu Al Hasaniya like a village, where there's a lot of restaurants, hotels, malls...

Hey! As I am not from USA would be hard to answer that :) But it was pretty chill as I remeber. Got visa on arrival, think it should he same for US citizens. :)
Visa on Arrival. Should be quick and easy especially for an English speaker.
I'm Kuwaiti married to an American so we always have Americans visit us and none of them had any problem navigating the airport or getting the visa.

Hello Malik! The best probably from november to february! In summer months it’s way too hot 😂👍
Avoid May- October unless you want to experience 50+ degree celcius weather. Come during November-February. Try to find locals online to show you around (couchsurfing community can help ecen if you dont stay with them). Unfortunately we dont have tours or good organized tourism

Kuwait needs better animal welfare and leave these barbarian acts behind. The situation here is horrific! I love dogs...I have my own rescue puppy...and every time I see a post of a dog abandoned or suffering coz of brainless people it makes my heart break Animal cruelty is on the increase in Kuwait and the government should take serious steps to deter selfish irresponsible people from fooling around & profiting from these poor creatures.
