Thanks for the video. I used this to help me install the Ski-Doo scratchers with the blocks to my 2020 Indy XC 600 Axys 137. It is a super clever design. I originally purchased the Polaris scratchers but stopped the install when I saw it called for removing the idler wheels. This design is so much better, you can keep the idler wheels plus no drilling. Also, I had some questions that I emailed to One Rig Design. He responded in about 8 minutes to 3 emails with more questions. I could not be more satisfied with the product. Oh, and I tested running them briefly in reverse, no problems. Sure beats the Polaris scratchers. One forgotten backup and there ruined. These were not. Great informative video, thanks for taking the time to post.
I think we've got the same sled right? Mine is a '19 Switchback Assault 144". I can't figure out how you got those nuts on the inside of the rail for the scratcher blocks on without removing the inside idler wheels for the life of me! The bolts are so long (it appears that they're longer than they need to be), so there's only about a 1/4" of space between the end of the bolt and the idler wheel. There's no way that I can spin the nut on the backside so help me! I guess I'm just going to take the idler wheels off and be done with it. Removing them and putting them back on isn't that big of a deal anyway.
Are you sure you are installing the bolts in the right direction. In the beginning of the video I show how to put everything together. It is tight but I had no problem.
@@slednewengland715 yes, I'm pretty sure. I didn't finish installing them the other night when I saw that I think I'll have to pull the idler wheels, because it was late, and I didn't want to get into all of that at that time. I'm going to try installing them tonight. BUT, they've changed their parts some. They now look a little different than yours do, and the mounting blocks also have an additional hole than yours have. So that may be part of the installation problem for me as well. Yes, I've watched your video at least 10 times to be sure that I was doing everything the same as you did.
Your One Rig link to the scratchers is not working. Do you know the part number of those scratchers? I would like to do the same set up on my Matryx SBA. Thanks

Thanks. Glad you got it set up.
Sweet, thanks for the vid. I just put the one rig design mounts on my xc 137.
No problem. Let me know how they work for you.
Great video...doing it on my SBA today.
Thanks

@JeffGeorgalas ya. Very possible the new design has a different process. Good luck.
You were right, I got them installed. Thank you for your video!
Won’t this mounting location interfere with the torsion bar?
No it doesn’t. Works fine
How did these scratchers work for you? I just ordered for 2021 assault.
These scratchers are the best. I put them done in the beginning of the season and forgot about them.

Here ya go. www.onerigdesign.com/product-page/ssb
Thanks dudr
I'd like to know if the protection plate you pit on is as strong as the reinforcement plate you took off
This goes over the original plate. I didn’t take those off
@@slednewengland715
But in your video..you mentioned the reinforced plate..by removing the T-40 screws first then......
Ok ..you placed the rail guard directly over top of the skid reinforcement plates..correct?
Correct
Yes. You take off the stock hardware then put the plate over the stock reinforcement plate. You then use the new hardware to secure both.
