You are correct to raise that as an issue Noa. The latest assessment (EPA) released by the EA shows the truly appalling state of Thames Water's sewage treatment network. And of course, campaigners are regularly finding that the true situation is far worse than that reported by the EA. The sewage crisis is a direct result of monopoly water companies polluting for profit whilst being poorly controlled by weak regulators, the EA and OFWAT
