Most vw connectors unplug by pushing them in the opposite direction, pressing on the side tab and only then you can unplug it.

@@APEngineering Sorry about my comment about the music. I bet it's just free music you wanted to put on and everything is alright with that. Didn't wanted to sound like a douche but looks like I did. Your video helped me. Just conpleted cleaning the headlights on my golf 4. There were burn marks from the high beams and I put on some chrome adhesive tape. Nothing fancy looking but looks much better and hopefully will give me a brighter light on the road

flat head, T20 torx, and a T30, provided its original screws. if someone fiddled with things and replaced some of them, then who knows.
