I love it man...thought about suggesting a cross cart build awhile back in previous videos but this works just fine it can always be upgraded in the future for the boys...awesome job dad this thing is sick
I'd really like to see you concentrate more on the quality of your builds. It doesn't seem like your skills are improving. I'm not trying to be a dick but if you took your time, thought through some of this stuff, did research, etc. you could create something of much higher quality.
Sad no one has even suggested a book. Cause everyone thinks TH-cam is the answer when it’s not. Books are where it’s at!! Tune to Win by Carroll Smith is a good book on suspension for overall view of it.
You can buy this stuff it’s called Japan dryer. It makes oil base paint dry in half the time. You only use a cap full to a quart can. The stuff is amazing.
If you have a problem with ride height, put the bottom strut bracket closer to the wheel and you will raise the ride height. Think about the control arm as a lever, and where the strut is, is where you pull that lever. If you put the weight way in-board, its going to droop, put it out near the ball joint, it'll help raise it.
So,, according to little man now, the seasons of the year are Suspension, Summer, Fall and Winter ;) He's so much fun to watch!

When that's finished, who's going to ride it more; you, or the boys?!
I don’t know if someone said it, but you need to turn the shock mounts 90°. If not, it will break the shock shaft.
100%
very very poor engineering...guy doesn't understand basic suspension geometry or structural theory....unsafe
Good work .you must put electric steering wheels...

Please tell me your turning that Subaru into a 22b replica
This is awesome! Consider putting in a remote kill switch so that if he is out of control, you can just shut it down remotely.
the kid will never forget this day!
They are going to be tearing up the neighborhood on this thing lol 😂
The smile value of this video is huge.
