- Railroader is a cooperative multiplayer and singleplayer railroad simulator set on a short line in transition era Appalachia - sometime in the 1940's to 1950's. It's about running freight and passenger trains - switching cars, pick-ups, set-outs, and switch lists.

The more and more I see videos and pictures the game, the more and more I wish "Early 2023" was here already. Keep it up guys it's looking great!

Ok as a steam lover this game looks amazing so far keep up the great work. Cant wait to play it.
My only compaint with this game is that there seems to be a lack of scale. It has the feeling of Trainz or a model railroad simulator. Run8 seems to capture that scale really well. Maybe an FOV thing?
Interesting feedback, thanks! I wonder if the ability to move quickly and climb on top of things influences your perception.
@@railroader Maybe, but Run8 has that too. Even when flying in Run8 the trains still have scale, they still feel big

@@railroader @Railroader This may be a weird take. But I feel like the trees have a big thing do do with the scale feeling off. They're spaced out too much, you don't really see that in a Forrest in real life, they're much more dense, FOV adjustments would be a nice feature, also the ground work could have something it do with it, having dirt with just a few rocks, the grass is thin, and wide more dense smaller grass could help
@@Bullhead_JW I will point out there is a big difference between Railroader and those games - you haven't played Railroader yet. :) Also, this locomotive is tiny compared to the power in Run8. Thanks again though, will continue to think about it.

Awsome looking game, its as if Derail Valley and RO! had a baby. Smooth and clean with nice realistic chuffs and smoke/steam. Very interested in getting this game.

This so closely resembles a HO layout I've operated on it isnt funny...have any of the designers ever heard of the Piedmont and Western layout owned by Jack Parker in Charlotte NC?

@@Hozy780 the game is too graphicly intense to run on a device like a phone or a switch, you need a good pc to run the game
