    I tried this and it’s now become a staple. I added a piece of ginger. It’s delicious, healthy & versatile. I really like it with curd rice.

    Greetings Ms. Gita. I tried the recepie with a twist. Instead of the mint and coriander I simply followed the same mthod and used curry leaves and drumstick leaves. Turned out good.

    I am a maharashtrian lady. We grate raw mango then grate onion and in this mixture we add red chilli powder salt hing and turmeric and mix it well. And pour tempering and call it thokku. 😋😋😋

    I am going to make it today. I am VERY FOND of the Andhra style Gongura pachadi. I am sure this too will be like that... DELICIOUS, FLAVORFUL, with steaming hot boiled rice & ghee.

      Please store in fridge fora longer shelflife. If storing outside you will have to add more oil at least 1/2 inch above thokke layer

      about two weeks if keeping outside pls add more oil on top about 1/2 inch layer to keep it from spoiling

    This is an excellent recipe. Last week I had made karivepla thokku. Three leaves thokku is new for me. I'm gonna try it out. With little jaggery also it tastes super

Soon you will be reaching 200k subscribers. Wishing you all the success. It is very unique. You are mixing knowledge which can be used day to day life. People should do home cooking instead of eating out spending money which can be donated to needy. I do verities of cooking home. In here worked in a small restaurant my friend kept.     Namaste. I love all your videos. I try to apply some techniques into my gujarati dishes.
    This is a nice dish. I was wondering if it is okay to first grind all the leaves with water and then cook them in oil till water evaporates. Please let me know if it would work like that. Also I want to know for how long this will remain in fridge and outside

      We try not to add any water so that it can be stored for a longer time.It will keep in the fridge for a month(you will have to add more oil to cover it)and outside for a week.

      Keep in fridge for two weeks. For longer storage add more oil as a two inch layer on top of the thokku

      this already has spice and might change the colour of your chutney. You can serve it as it is with idli/dosa
