- You've been doing your to-do lists wrong! Yes, I said it. Believe me when I say the system you set up is so important to actually get things done and this is one of the key cogs to help you. I found out a method that has helped increase my productivity hugely and so I wanted to share what I'm doing differently, that actually works!

Your so right about being specific on your list
It's so easy to be broad but otherwise, what are we actually working towards and why? Does it really align with us or does it just sound like a good thing to do. These are important things to think about

I have a to do list I made at work. since I used to make a shit ton of mistakes and wouldn’t really focus on the actual job itself instead I would just want to get the hell out of there and it would make the day go by longer ,witch was really boring. It really does come in handy!
Focus is such a key player when it comes to performance! I've had a similiar realisation in my own job. I'm aiming to go up a level, but my lack of focus has meant I've been making mistakes that now my manager doesn't feel as confident in me for the promotion. I had to make a list of our routines and now that clarity has helped me to get back on track, as well as certain to do lists that give me a better understanding of what is a higher priority.
