As a manufacturing engineer and cnc programmer, I’m glad to see the kind of work we do in aerospace finally come to this industry. Keep up the badass work fellas. PS my gen 2 is begging me for a setup like this.
Ryan that is a sick suspension set up. I recommended you too a customer of mine he has a eco 6 raptor now but has a new v8 raptor coming and he was asking if I knew of better suspension setup to get for his next one. I showed him your stuff. He never heard of you. He’s older guy. He was impressed and super interested. I’m most likely gonna be hitting you up.
Thinking about putting this on my Gen 1. I would love to see it completed on a truck and in action. With all that billet. Gonna look sicc. PILTPILTPILT
Have you considered getting into the F250 market? I see you have an FK conversion on the website, but would love to see more options than Carli for F250 platforms, especially on the rear of the truck (would love to see a leaf spring conversion to raptor style 4 link with trailing arm for instance).
You guys have come so far, not just a normal fab shop, definitely on another level. Question, do you plan on doing manufacturing for other industries outside of off road? Just seems that could be a direction you could go or are you focusing specifically on off road parts?
Glad to see a windowed room for the computer designers! Seemed like they were in a windowless cave before if I am not mistaken. Always appreciate your overall work here this one didn't disappoint either.
Does the material waste get melted down and reused or can you sell it back to the supplier or something? The parts are works of art thanks for sharing.
You mentioned a lot of waste on the billet piece when cutting out the J arms for the centre mount truck. Could you not incorporate something like the end links or other small pieces into the cutting program?
Very cool set-up for the Raptor, I guess no other vehicle rack can carry the load? or is going gearbox the only solution... seems like it would really kill the steering feel and introduce a bunch of vagueness to the on-center steering feel.
Incorrect, steering becomes amazing on and off road and feels way better than a stock rack and takes away feedback. You can steer with your pinky on 40'' tires
How much does the front sway bar take away from approach angle? Raptor dorks love stuffing their noses to the ground so wondering how much angle for the front bumper that'll take away.

Those billet trailing arms were looking real good on Leduc's truck this weekend in Crandon
So sick glad you kept the 4wd plus added swing set! Now it’s time for gen 3 billet control arms!!!!
I just cant believe you dont have more followers! I love your channel, so here is another comment for the algorithm. Keep up the good work!!

Damn! All these other shops are falling way behind!! Keep up the good work
What do y'all do with the aluminum waste? I'm not in the industry so I don't know what's common practice. Can you recycle it?
what a bad ass kit.
You guys build some really cool stuff!!
Absolutely amazing parts!
Outstanding guys!!
those spindles are the shit .. wow
Thanks buddy!

As of now we arew really trying to focus on our own stuff and special projects
Literally the best idea ever:)

any plans to go back to the 2012's and do this
Any plans on doing billet lower a-arms? Seems like there’s a lot of options for billet uppers but I don’t think I’ve ever seen billet lowers?
perfect daily
There is only one steering rack for gen1 raptor and is the stock from ford.

Takes more time than its worth to do things like that
Will these Raptor parts both front and rear be available for the Gen 1 raptors as well? Or only Gen 2?
gen1 and 2 as listed out on our wbesite
Does it fit a base F150 5.0 V8
How much for the front + back full kit? (no engine upgrades)
When can we expect to see a Raptor LT kit in production?
Soon

I bet steering will be amazing off road when it's done.

What about Ram 1500s?
Make one for the TRX please
Who is making a long travel kit for an overseas variation t6/px ranger?
Does the raptor kit include the steering box, steering column and plumbing to stock raptor ps pump?
Go to the website and read descriptions
Do you do anything to prevent galvanic corrosion when you're pressing the stainless into the aluminum?
Never had an issue before, anti seize or asssembly lube is used on the parts for install and they dont stay in there for forever
How much does the front sway bar take away from approach angle? Raptor dorks love stuffing their noses to the ground so wondering how much angle for the front bumper that'll take away.
None, it is way inside of the approach angle. Our crossmembers also increase ground clearance
@@Kibbetech love it man, no other company compares, always ahead of the game 🤘🏼
💯👍
F*cken sick 🤘
