Yall are really stepping it up, definitely taking it to the next level. I'm sure this will open many more opportunities. Seems like yall are going the way of Lasernut, their facility is crazy cool.
What’s up kibbetech, just wanted to say that guys do amazing work and love the attention to detail. My goal one day is to have a build done by you. Keep making badass builds and content 👍🏻🇺🇸
I like this. You don't have to build serialized lowers and get the ATF involved, I'm pretty sure everything else is just considered accessories by the ATF? Would be Kool though?
I'm so jealous of that laser I'm on the east coast so I'm into monster trucks but I'm a big fan of you and Morgan Clark you guys got me obsessed with trophy trucks so I put a fiberwerx body on my truck I just finished building. Keep up the great work 👍
Koozies and key chains kinda reminds me of the movie step brothers, boats and hoes. Can’t wait to see that raptor completed. I’d love to do something similar with my f250 super turd gasser with a 75 gallon fuel cell
How did you and Matt meet/how did you land him as an employee? I had a very similar job to his back before y’all hired on your machinists and CAD guys and have always really admired his work. Love seeing yalls business grow
@@Kibbetech Mike schwellinger would be so proud of you. Remember the day you came by his garage to have you're shocks charged. What a empire you have built for yourself. Congratulations my friend and I still want a tour someday 👍👍🏁🏁
Is the luxury ultra 4 that white international looking cab that was in the background when talking to Matt about trailing arms? If so cool, I know you can't talk about it, if not, what's going on with that?
Ryan have you noticed the MX supercross bikes all have the link with dogbone on the swingarm /shock interface wouldn't that setup crank articulation response on trailing arms? I wonder why did they put that look like on the dirtbike's rear shock and arm instead of just a direct mount to top of swingarm? It would def look sick AF especially when chunking up the club. Antenna, Vermont. 🎄🐿🎄🍓🐥🌲🌲🌳🐄🦉🌲🌲🐛🐻
Your thoughts on Cantilever rear suspension set ups? The appeal is keeping whole bed of truck entact, not cutting it up also understanding the limitations. Would this be something you'd build if a customer who doesn't have the means for a full $150k build?
I don't want to answer for him but I'm pretty sure I heard him talking about a cantilever style and he definitely didn't sound enthused about it. But I could be wrong and he could have changed his mind.
I do not care for cantilever type suspension. You are sacrificing bed space for much needed performance. This raptor build is as minimal as we get on bed space intrusion.
You ever have an issue with the exhausts heating up the rear axle and having them puke out of the vents when the exhaust is dumped in front of the axle?
holy f**K sticks!! those welds make me feel like i could penetrate glass with my wang. i couldnt put carpets or weathertech shits. i just want people and myself to open the doors and see all the raw sheetmetal. the only fabric is on the seats. its like a cartoon the a door opens its just like a wormhole or doorway to another realm blinding light and and 150db ace's high or battery. like.. open the door- ahhhhhhhhhhh shred metal ,door shuts sileence, its just f-ing sano. theres nice trucks and urban desert assult weapons. dont get me started on the 1000hp raptor. im gonna skeet skeet skeet. gnarly builds on a different level bro
Have you guys ever had a weird customer come in and ask for a IRS long travel set up on their truck ? Something like a giant UTV rear end , or ultra4 car irs set up ? Instead of old school solid axle / links ? Shit would dance through the woops sideways.
Took me back to the Home Improvement days! good content and good quality parts.
Flashbacked... HARD. Oof! 🤣
Home improvement song was icing on the cake!

Congratulations on all your new shop equipment o
Tool time son, more power...
Holy intro that was great
Absolutely love the intro music
my dream build has always been a 4x4 luxury prerunner ultra 4 inspired. narrow front diff. chevy steel body.
Koozies and Key chains...sounds like a country song...

Love it.. Keep em coming!
With those fancy cnc machines, when can we expect some pew pew upper and lower receivers?
That’s what I was thinking! Maybe some rad lightweight m-lok or keymod forends and accessories

Matt "Boland" needs a Kibbetech flannel.
Any chance the next episode you can briefly go over the 2019+ GM1500 2wd/4wd replacement lower a arms you added to the website?

There is not a single imperfection on any of your arms. Blend line or not They are sweet.
Home improvement intro LOL
Awesome!!!

How many koozies and key chains do you have to buy to get a free truck? Hahaha just kidding! Keep up the good work!
Should be a business.. call it "kuzzie's & Key chains"
lmao i think the home improvement intro needs to stay
Flux core welder. Blame Kibbetech! 🤣
Simply incredible machines you have. Can't wait to see them in action. What u-joints are you running on the million hp. Raptor brother. 1350?
1410 front and 1480 rears
Thank you!

What fiberglass did you all use on the raptor? Looks extra wide.
ya need a 4TH axis would help with less operations on arms. and could rotate for different planes.
Is that a International Harvester Truck, or Hilux cab behind you when Matt is talking about the trailing arm?
What brand of chiller did they give you to go with your laser?
Did you guys get a bystronic laser? I run a 6k BySmart Fiber and they pretty impressive machines

Why don't you ever do OBS fords?
Mezzanine is done and at powdercoat as we speak, thanks.
