GREAT VIDEO! IF I'M DOING CALVE RAIES AT GYM, DO I TILL NEED TO DO THE ONES HERE?
IF SO SHOULD I DO THEM JUST ON GYM DAYS?
Thanks
:)
Will, I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to ask so please ignore if it is.
I notice I’m starting to walk much more on my instep lately and Achilles tendon issue has cropped up. Neither of these are serious but I agree, prevention is better than cure. I was wondering what to target to avoid future problems but don’t really know where to begin.
Are you able to help with a couple of pointers please?
I’m 63 male a bit overweight and about to return to the gym. I have a part time active job. Diet is typically terrible but so far no other problems 🤞
Thanks SO much. I need these
Happy to help!
Thank you
You're welcome
Thank you for these excellent videos. I direct an arts academy and dance is a very central subject our students study. I myself was a professional ballet dancer for a full career, and currently at 70 years old, I find your videos quite illuminating. I also see how beneficial they would be for our young students. We have a body mechanics program that includes many exercises quite similar to those you teach here. I will try to find a way to reach you directly, as I believe it would be of great benefit to invite you to do some workshops with our students. If i cannot find a way to contact you directly, then I will leave my contact details here in a future post.
Thank you for this, it's very helpful! I have a request, could you do a video talking about foot health? My feet have been experience some stiffness, though the tippy-toe exercise here helps some. Thanks again!
