    Very useful. I picked the exercise on the chair. The seated calf raise. I am eager to do it regularly and watch the results.

    I used to suffer from plantar fasciitis, I founf strengthening my calves was just as important as stretching!

    Can you do these if you already have Achilles tendinopathy, or you should sort the tendinopathy first? And could you make a video on how to help improve Achilles tendinopathy? Thanks!

      Strengthening is a key part of tendinopathy rehab but best to get checked out first!

    Are we supposed to do all those exercises or select a few that we favour and do them every third day. I always wonder about that because I have been over exercising and have put myself on a one week break. I was aching everywhere and had trouble functioning and walking. I was burned out. I am 83 by the way.

    Will what if you are just getting back to fitness and through injury and lack of use through covid you cant even do a calf raise? I guess proceed through the first two until you can have enough strength to begin lifting up? Thank you for your instruction ❤

    Will, I have a query. Hope you can guide. My mom who is 80 yr old, while walking, holds on to both my hands and in the process pulls them. As a result my wrists have been paining. I have tried oil massages and sometimes hot fomentation. Can you pls suggest what I can do?

    So weak can’t heel raise what to do. After ank;le and calf injury I worked on my feet long hours in busy season letting that one rest then became a habit over the winter and now I am so screwed. I can walk but have a slight limp. Its weak as hell. Not sure if it is the calf or ankle. I can move in all ranges but its super weak. Any help? No insurance and I am terrified.

    Great. Can you please suggest for a strong waist and what is the proper way of bending forward for lifting viz a filled bucket or some heavy package etc ?

    Thank you for your guidance. I notice that you are in socks. Is it necessary not to wear sneakers, etc.? I get that with a resistance band shoes can cause a rupture, but what about calf raises?

      Good question, all of these exercises can be done in shoes (which is what I would start with)
