I appreciate going Maye at 2 over Marv. That's a big decision point for me which I've been grappling with. I still don't have a strong stance either way but it's reassuring to see Maye go 2 in a mock
JJ McCarthy has the rushing upside. I’d argue more than Drake Maye. Big Michigan fan and after he became the Starting QB Harbaugh didn’t want him taking heavy shots so they limited his rushing opportunities
Can you do one where you operate under the assumption that the Bears want to keep Fields, and they trade down one pick to Washington, and don’t have the Broncos move up from their current spot? I think the odds of that scenario are way higher than every mock draft is predicting.
Where is Xavier Worthy. He broke out as a freshman, is an early declare and had over 1k yards this season (Not counting the 300+ returning yards) while playing next to AD Mitchell, and underwhelming QB play. He’s WR 5 for me ahead of Brian Thomas Jr behind Rome Odunze.

McCarthy is more athletic than people realize. And incredibly efficient passer with strong arm. Michigan just didn’t use him in either regard very much due to the dominant RB and OL rooms. He’s going to ace interviews also. Somebody is going to get a steal mid-late 1st.

The thing is I traded my 1&2 next year and my 2&3 this year for some players along the way. But I am wondering what you think I should do at #4, do I take a qb and solidify my 3qbs? Or do I take one of nabers/bowers if they go to the chargers so that I can compete easier this year while I don’t have my 1st rounder, I could also trade down a couple spots and get some more capital and take an Odunze/bowers there. At the same time, if something happens to Watson or fields I could be screwed if I don’t take another QB, and my receivers/TEs aren’t too bad at the moment. Let me know what you think?
Depends on landing spots, if Daniel’s somehow snags that number two qb spot, that hype might be huge. Also if you went Caleb and 2 snagged Marvin, you could just cock block the entire league from the top 3 qbs and get some filthy trades if two or more pan out to be top 10 qbs. You really can’t go wrong with the quality of guys with the top 4-5 prospects

Personally, yes. You are in a great spot with those qbs tho I would try to get 1 good qb with the picks and then 1 good wr like nabers or odunze. Only need 3 qbs if we’re being real tho

I feel so bad for Jayden Daniels. So many people saying hes going to the Patriots. If he goes there he will be out of the league in 3 years. If he goes anywhere else he'll probably be a starter in the league for a dozen years. Pats should take Marv, and build a team worthy of a 1st round QB now that theyre not hamstrung by one of the worst GMs in the league.

Caleb Williams is a 💯 bust!!! You heard it here! He's a head case and only plays when he wants to play. Bo nix will be the best QB in this draft class. He's the most accurate QB in this class who doesn't turn the ball over very often.
You are smoking crack if you think Nix is the best qb in this class. Nix is accurate because he doesn’t push the ball downfield AT ALL. His ADOT was 7.0 yards good for 193rd among D1 QBs. His OL was also dominant, only allowing 5 sacks all year which led the nation. When your OL is that good and all of your passes are short to intermediate that’s a huge red flag in my scouting process. He’s a system QB so you better pray he lands in the perfect spot that focuses on short to intermediate passes, that’s his only chance to succeed.
@Nickle5 yes and that was brock purdy's knock at iowa state. The most accurate qb in the NFL. The NFL scouting is purely based on athleticism and arm power w 3rd aspect accuracy. Tom brady never fit the NFL's mold of a qb either. Yes Nix will go to a decent team cuz he will fall unless he pulls a cj stroud during the combine to boost his draft stock.
