    Thank you so much Nataliya for all your hard work and tutorials - you have taught me a lot. I did not ever think that I would be interested in cross stitching - I am not crafty. I love diamond painting (helps my anxiety) and am now loving cross stitch (even counted...) because of watching your youtube channels. Sending much love your way and to your family, and thank you again.

    Morning Natalia, I'm with you. I finished 3 of my Joy Sundays. Two were smaller. Now I am working on two large and one small. One of the large one is a partial of a little girl with balloons. The other is full picture of elderly couple in bed with puppy and kitty. So colorful with half cross stitch for much of the background, so it will go quickly. The small one is of a fluffy grey kitty. I usually have 6 going at the same time, so I need to pick out 3 more kits. My girlfriend Cindy passed away suddenly in May at age 64. In March I had purchased a 14 ct Maydear kit of angel with blonde hair, blue wings, releasing a butterfly over her head. It reminds me of her, so I will start it and give it to her family for Christmas. One I might start is a partial Christmas stocking. But will see. I have over 30 in my stash, so have a lot of choices. Have a blessed day.💖🙏🇺🇦🇺🇸

      Very sorry about your Friend. Now she is an Angel who is looking over you and protect you. That would be a wonderful gift to her Family.

    I just recently purchased this kit. I have been stitching on counter cross stitch for over 30 years but I have to say when I got this I was feeling a little overwhelmed. This video helped me. Thank you!

    I can only work on one cross stitch at a time, and it takes me forever to do the one. It seems like I’ve been working on the same 39x54cm canvas for a year now; and I’m, maybe, half way done. I have to say, though, that it looks pretty darn good to me.

    Thanks for the tips and tricks, they have helped to keep me as interested in stitching this pattern a lot. I decided to go to the middle and work on one of the houses there, I was too bored with the original end that I started on the left side, just sorta jumping around a little to someday meet back up to get closer to completing it one day! Have a good evening.

    2 things: i love how neat your stich looks. about the wax: does it wash off when you wash the canvas? does it get stiff, or flakes in the thread? thank you for your channel

    Sorry a little bit late getting back to your Tip and Tricks on the Europeon Town as well as all Cross Stitching. Since I am new to Cross Stitch I have learned so much from watching your channel I can't thank you enough. The Europeon Town is my 5th kit , I have two other wips, I alternate between diamond painting started 2018 and cross stitch started 2020. I started with a stamped 14 ct and others 11 ct, I ordered the Europeon Town in 14 ct not realizing what I was getting into, it is harder but I love the look of 14 ct. I am now 81 so I hope I can get it done. One of your tips to meof great value was seperating the floss to individual pieces then put 2 strands togethe or three if neededr to stitch. I have to say it has made the stitches look so much better. I take your advice don"t hurry and enjoy. If something doesn't look right it is not a problem to frog out. Thank you so much I love and live to watch your You Tubes. I lost my daughter 2020 at age 54 , she was my life now my crafts are my life since my family is all out of state. Thank you , thank you

    If you have two sizes of Q frames, you can mix and match them to make it more comfortable to stitch. For example, you can have an 11 inch pvc section on the top and bottom, and an 8 inch pvc on the left and right sides. This makes it more like a rectangle than a square.

    It used to take me so long to determine where I left off my cross stitch and what color I was using. This is the method I use. I don’t use a frame but stitch without one. I roll the canvas up with the stitched part inside so it doesn’t get dirty. I stitch one color at a time. I take all the threads off the pallet and set them aside to pull out each strand as needed. When I roll up my canvas for the day, I put all the colored threads I am using for that section inside the roll so it’s all together. I take my needle and insert it into the Aida cloth into the place where I left off so I can always find it. If I am in between colors, I place the needle in the white border so I know I have to pick another color.

      Hello Maria.
      No i don't stitch every day, because i do a lot of diamond painting too. But when i got covid, all i did is cross stitch as DP smell of glue would make me sick.

    I’ve looked at several of your tutorials but I can’t find, how do you attach a large canvas that is larger all the way around. I understand if it’s too wide for the frame like European town, but what do you do if it’s also much larger up and down than your frame?

    Just a question .....does the colour printed on the cloth bleed after stitching and washing?!

  • @bonniewagg5711
    @bonniewagg5711 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Question. What made you decide to still work on the bottom of the canvas instead of working on the house? Do you try and stitch all the bottom and then turn the canvas?

    • @Lovecraftforever
      @Lovecraftforever  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Bonnie you are absolutely right. Bottom to the center and then flip the frame. But for the video, i'm trying to find bigger patches of the same corors, so i don't need to move my camera much, as it's stays on the top of my frame
