honestly, I really feel this. I've had one of my worst games ever this preseason, whilst it is my first year in a pro team. That probably is what led me to be second choice gk of my team. Its so frustrating to know you can do better, but you just can't perform. But I've been given a second chance: the coach decided to only terminate this decision for 6 weeks and then he will choose a first gk again. I am going to prove that I can do it. You're not in this alone. Just keep working hard and control what you can control. Thank you for also showing this side of football, because it often isn't posted/talked about. This helps a lot of people too. Keep your head up.
After today I aint feeling too confident I had my worst game of the whole year losing so badly I just feel hurt lost . I would probably be 2nd choice now if there was another keeper. And this was my 1st game coming back from long term injury I just can't handle high shots no matter what But I know my potential It gets better from here for the 2 of us We get up and fight on. 10:10 For plantar fasciitis just roll something under your foot like a tin of tomatoes or smth also focus on stretching your Achilles tendon out, hopefully that will ease some of the pain.

Don’t worry bro in zone I was a substitute when we went to district matches we made 2 teams I was the keeper of our b team my friends also demotivated me our team was very bad but I got selected for state stay strong and you’ll do it my matches were in my exams too

bro let me give you an advice: instead of using the long sleeve white shirt under your t-shirt, try some elbow protectors, they are gonna make sweat much less and will let you play better, although you wouldn’t even need to use any of them since you are not playing on artificial grass and you cant get hurt so much on natural grass. Keep it up also❤
Really enjoying this series koen, about the part where you misjudged the shot and it went through your legs, I had something similar happen to me in a league game last season. I had just made a really good 1v1 save and then a few minutes later a really bad shot gets put into the box and I read it as a scoop, I go to scoop the ball and the pitch was so bobbly that when I went down for the scoop the ball bounced up and over my head into the goal. These things are just apart of the game, it's how you deal afterwards is what matters. And besides at least your mistake was in a friendly and not a league match like mine lol.

dutch keep your head up mate you are definitely the best goalkeeper i’ve ever seen on youtube and your better than many lower league keepers and you inspire me to keep going, on wednesday i broke my nose going out for a 50/50. i beat the striker to it but he kneed me straight in the nose and i got rushed to A&E, im out for about 4 weeks but im still gonna try and train and keep going because when your the goalkeeper the team may relay on you so you just gotta keep going and never give up❤
Mentality is the most difficult part of a goalkeeper. You did very well by picking yourself up and continue the game! We all know you can do this. Just keep your head up mate and you´ll succeed!!!

Every time when you are down it will always impact on your performance, just make sure to be fearless and have a straight level head. This always works for me.

shoulder pads will make it much more hotter, and more heavier. I have played with both and I will say, I feel quicker with an undershirt than pads.
