Borosil scientific Ltd listing January bataya tha Lekin nhi hua kab hoga?
Borosil Scientific Limited : Company got listing approval from stock exchange. To list on 7th June 2024 on NSE and BSE.
It demerged from Borosil Limited on 5th December.
There are various entities whose permissions are reqd to get them listed. NCLT, SEBI, Ministry of corporate affairs and then the Exchnage. I understand ur frustration thought, but Company is not tm be blamed for anv such delays in most cases.
