It is extremely difficult to find an incredible agent who is honest ,reliable and hospitable!!! Who loves there trade
No doubt it can be a challenge. I hope people can feel that way about me and the rest of my team as those are qualities we strive for.
Interesting, thanks for sharing I will keep this in mind!
Glad it was helpful!
So if you’re against looking up homes on Zillow and the other platforms, what do you recommend interested buyers do?
Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.. are great to look up homes on, but using one of their "preferred agents" has led to many horror stories. Many of my clients find homes on these platforms but call me when they want to see one of the homes they found.
What happens many times is someone who hasn't looked for an agent yet will see a home they like on these platforms, and schedule a showing directly from Zillow or Realtor.com, which is where you typically get paired with agents with questionable experience and knowledge. These agents just pay to have their names up there, or some of the larger teams around pay for them as well, but their brand new and lesser experienced agents are the ones who end up taking these types of appointments.
@@relocatingtoraleigh oh I didn’t know other agents can show the houses listed on these platforms. But okay got it! Good to know. Thank you!
Absolutely, thank you for watching!
