Risa that's great advice to wear something sparkly around your face, and I hope you keep repeating it! When you mentioned that recently, it inspired me to put on a set of 3 gold hoops even though I wasn't leaving the house. It does something so simple when you look in the mirror at yourself. It's a quick boost of confidence 🌸

MAC studio fix is my OG and I still prefer the matte finish better than the radiance. My skin used to be combination but is now getting dry as I get older, and it's still the best for me! So if anyone w dry skin isn't sure... get samples because I think the soft matte is better.

I have mature drier skin and I LOVE the new Studio Fix Fluid!! The Studio Radiance was a little too shiny for me - small note I do live in New Orleans where your makeup will melt off your face walking to your car, so I do feel like that does influence my decision - but the Studio Fix Fluid has been great, hasn’t dried me out more and stays ALL DAY! ❤
I love your videos Risa! I have the same issues as you and you have influenced most of my favorite buys. Too many beauty influencers now like EVERYTHING! I can only think they are wanting to be on every PR list. Once I notice that, I can’t trust their word on any products anymore and while they might be entertaining, I stop wasting my time with those channels once that happens. They really are doing a disservice to us that are on a budget but enjoy luxury products. I know you won’t change and I so appreciate that. I also realize every person is different and what works for one person may not work for others. That being said, I will go with your recommendations every time 🥰👍
OMG, I just splurged on two pair of Veronica beard jeans with flare since I was on the hunt for the perfect white pair and they are amazing!! I have never spent that much on jeans in my life but worth every penny in my opinion. And the feel of them is like no other!❤️
I am with you on the sticking your finger in pots … I so wish Laneige would put the lip sleeping mask formula in a tube 🤩
FYI I bought a Laneige Lip Glowy Balm (not the sleeping mask, but the formula is very similar in texture and viscosity) in a tube on Amazon in Berry and I love it.
I just love your videos Risa. You’re so honestly who you are and you embrace your love of being the diva you are! I’m the complete opposite, and much more of a minimalist with my makeup but yet just love your style and and your tips and methods!!!

Risa you just mentioned my absolute biggest issue with most moisturizer’s, eye creams etc. if it is NOT a pump I do not use it. Absolutely HATE sticking my fingers in pot products. 🙌🙌🙌🙌

I used the pink moisturizer from Clinique, for years.I loved it! This was before my skin dried out.I still really like the 7day scrub. And I have really dry lips and I love their lipstick, I’ve been wearing them for over (gulp)30 years!

Risa, I don’t hate you for paying too much for your jeans. I am a collector. That’s what I say now so people don’t think I’m crazy and whenever you say you collect then everybody’s like oh you collect them lol 😀I love jeans and I know that you get what you pay for and they last so much longer and I don’t want to fill the landfill with things. I keep mine. They’re beautiful. I’m Levi’s girl but I have a “few “others that are favorites that may have cost a bit more but I’ve never had them rip or tear or anything, even if they’re already ripped❤

I love Clinique Even Better foundation! I have dry skin but I do have pores around my nose. I have found the foundation works like a magic! Gives a beautiful dewy finish and last all day.

I loved the effect of the Lift and Snatch by NYX, but every one of them developed a drippy leak that became a disaster when it was still newish. 😢
Trips to mountains and beach from almost 700 feet above sea level or never leaving my own altitude here.
I think it was five different pens and the drips always come from the holes above the tip to fill the cap, leak down my face, and make a mess everywhere.
Some started very slow, others were an instant flood and nothing stopped the drips.
I switched to a combination of pencils and brow mascara gel without leaks or mess from other brands.

While I rarely comment, I do enjoy them all and how to modify techniques for my mid-50s face with astigmatism in both hooded eyes and a fused neck. I am now looking at a 20x or 30x travel makeup mirror.

The Sephora bronzer stick looks quite nice and goes on beautifully 😊. I love it!!!!!!! Pat McGrath pink under eye powder looks really good as well. It is a great go to product. Blush r my favourite, I have bout 10 - 15 from different brands. I think u said Tom Ford the double blush, just utterly gorgeous - I utterly love those colours, beautiful beautiful.

Hi Risa I love your videoes I've been a part of the RDM channel for yrs now. I vibe with your taste in a lotta things (most lol) you like from makeup on down the line and I'm an accessories gal myself 😊 my sunglasses are accessories to me honey if you're gonna pull a look together then pull it!!! From what I'm wearing to whatever accessories I choose depending upon event, the look I'm going with those little details can be so easily overlooked when a belt or jewelry a hat possibly can add that extra oomph I want if I'm doing it I don't half a** do it just like you I believe 😜 I'm 58 so older than you but I can honestly say noone has ever influenced me to buy anything except for you!! They were great products I still use and blending the foundation in your palm has really upped my makeup game!! Thanks for all the tips you've shared as well as your life!! Hi! I purchased your half lashes and brought the Kiss glue. Haven’t used them yet and also wonder if you use mascara on yours? 😊
Hi! I apply mascara to my real lashes before applying the falsies. If I’m wearing the Martini style, or if I trim any of the others to be corner styles, then I do go back and apply more mascara to the inner part of my natural lashes so that they blend better. I very rarely put mascara on the actual falsies. I hope that helps! 🤗

Well, she was with a customer so I thought , no big deal- I’ll just do a bit of shopping and come back. Well, the MUA had totally disappeared! I waited around for several minutes but I couldn’t wait all afternoon, so I left. So disappointed. *sigh*. 😕
