I really haven't understood how people can say sidious wins easy. I am just some dude that enjoys sw but from what i have seen valkorion annihilates any version of sidious. Only argument i have seen against Valkorion is that it's stated that sidious is the strongest sith. Even if i agree to it, it doesn't matter. The sith don't represent the dark side and even if they did, Valkorion is above it. He says himself: "you have mastered the dark side of the force, it is not enough... it never was" and i will have to agree. Sidious being able to make a force storm isn't that impressive compared to things valkorion has done (in swtor at least). I don't care to debate anyone on this, i am just trying to find an unbiased explanation with proof.
No Valkorian only looks powerful because video games are a different medium, it's like saying Cal Keastis would beat Luke Skywalker because he can slowtime and wallrun. Canonically Sidious was the most powerful sith of all time if you took sidious, yoda, or vader out of the films and translated them into the world of SWTOR they would be insanely powerful compared to the jedi and sith of that era

Additionally, i know that the versus between DE Sidious and EOO Vitiate is very difficult to decide, because both characters are immensly powerful, without a doubt the two most powerful sith lords to ever exist. The reason for my opinion, while i also accept the thought that sidious would win is: strength - no explanation needed, could use his force power to enhance his strength (sidious can do it oo, i know) force power - he controlled the minds of 8000 sith lords and drained an entire life energy of a whole planet and its people, also he mastered force lightning and force storm. he became a dark side nexus and was believed to almost reach the power of a force god abilities - storm, lightning, teleportation, mind shifting, force drain, mind control, telepathy, essence transfer, sith magic and alchemy hax - no explanation needed, he mastered all abilites and had an estimated midichlorian count of 25.000 (less than anakin, but very close to him). he overpowered malak and revan with his power at the same time without much effort durability - lived for 1000 years, studied immortality and was able to keep his presence alive for hundreds of years. also he can transfer his life essence agility - he can teleport experince - lived for 1000 years, fought many wars and ruled the sith empire knowledge - this is a tie between palpatine and vitiate (i made a mistake) offence - force storm, lightning etc (basically sidious with a bit more hax) defense - teleportation, telepathy and he can block blaster bolts or similar weapons with his mind. he mostly didn't even need a lightsaber or an another weapon because he could simply block most abilites or just teleport away All in all, its a very hard decision and both are very strong and powerful
