    I didn't know Aristotle's father was a physician, makes sense why he used it as an example, health being the end and "medicine" being the means. Trying to define what should be "rational deliberation" is interesting, I wonder how much irrational deliberation I have done in life. Perhaps conspiracy theories would be an example of irrational deliberation. Tying deliberation into ones character is something I need to think more about.

      Well, Plato uses medical examples as well. Pretty common in ancient philosophy

    Can you explain deliberation in an environmental activism context? Would it make sense to say my end goal is environmental sustainability and a circular economy, and would means of discussion/activism be the process of deliberation?
