So since this thing aired, I have listened to this entire religious sermon, looked up the biography of The Very Reverend Dr Robert Willis. And Looked up the hymn he was referring to and have been listening to several other sermons he's conducted... All because I saw a cat drinking milk.
I don't share his religious beliefs, but points to the Vicar for quiet dignity and charity toward the creatures of the Earth. I get the impression he's rather good at his job. :)
