Well since you asked... Throne is one of the best units for endgame, because Aeber's recconing is amazing. It compounds with Throne's speed, and allows her to pick another subclass easily. Also, Steal's utility outside of battle is one of the best things in the game. And HP theif is a nice early game breaking tool
You left out that her latent talent can stack with other abilities where I've seen her get 4 seperate actions in a turn. Also for early game she is pivotal to saving leaves so you can use beastling hired help with armor corrode to basically trivialize the game.
You are so brave to post a vid putting Osvald last and Throne second to last! One of the many things I absolutely love about this game is that all of the characters have unique individual strengths and can all be made to be exceptionally useful paired with the right secondary job. I never felt like I had a "weak link" in my party at any point.
I think it has more to do with osvald being a worse version of cyrus.losing the ease of access 2 hit spells makes him feel worse. On top of that in my opinion he has the worst path actions in the game with his only redeeming quality being the study passive. I agree he still not bad but definitely a big step back from what cyrus was. I don't think he is 8 in my opinion he is 7 with agnea being 8.
I feel Agnea is my only weakest link, but she too, is a great support. But besides occasional latent power, she doesnt really have anything that others couldnt do better. Except being a cutiepie.
@@samuraidoggy she is the absolute best inventor in the game. He latent power makes the skills aoe which can be insanely broken. Its just aside from galdera and the true final boss it is hard to slot her on a team over more optimal choices.

Hilarious. But for for the big bosses, I find Dancer Classes ultimate skill to be better than Agnea herself, and even that is not that great, since having apotechry ultimate skill is even better, when you can spam full recovery items to the whole team, each turn, and having that as a subclass is good enough. Agnea still is cute and totally functional member in any team. But besides her latent, she doesnt do much what others couldnt do better. I made her have 900+ evade for the luls though, only spells hit her.

Lol, yeah, Castti is just a little bit overturned 🤣 Personally I really likes using Temenos and Thronè together a lot for there night time talents sense they work so well together.
Castiti as number 1 for me can be very accurate since she can heal entire team without spending any items with her Latent Power in Early Game, but using Osvald and Orchette can be so fun too.
I think you can make every character great. I personally love Ochette, the different beasts are op and having her equip the merchants ability to charge up the latent power at the beginning to full (without her having the merchants profession) is just so op.
I am iffy on her personally cause the beast damage falls off in endgame. Since I prefer armsmaster on hikari she basically is the default go to breaker. Is there a way to increase the beast damage that I don't know about?
@@CaptainSherbertTheQuestionable I think if you use BP and then use a beast, it is stronger. There is also one post-story ability of Ochette, that lets you use multiple beasts back to back (initially 3 but you can charge it with BP and increase the number of beasts). You can use the same beast multiple times but you cannot use one of the stronger ones like Glacis. I hope that answers your question :)
@@littleartkid8587 actually since commenting I found out about a glitch that allows you to use provoke in place of that ability to use max charge beasts. There is a beast that garuntee hit for 4 shield points and you can call it up to 6 times garunteeing a break on anything. It trivializes everything. Just 3 of that 2 of another debuffing boss monster and a chubby cait. Every boss fight after that(Including a superboss) is trivialized.
Warrior Throne could break the damage cap very early. With Deal More Damage, a single break could insta kill most of the bosses, and that was with a blind build.
Yup easily top 3. Ochette and Casti are the broken queens, but Throne is the strongest and most reliable nuker for pure DPS to kill everything, every round.

Steal allows for gear aquisition for free allowing you to save leaves for the beastling hired help(which trivializes the game), her path action buff the party when you battle enemies at night, the 4th passive for theif job gives an xp and jp boost at night, aerbers reckoning is one of the earliest abilities to beak 9999 in the game, and her latent power allowing for a second action during a turn on top of other passive skills allowing for additional actions make her one of the best utility characters in the game. Also her stats are good enough(and balanced enough) to utilize damage dealing classes as well. She is a jack of all trades untility character.

I currently am doing a plat run on ps5 for the game and I have 5 members at over lv 50 and still haven't picked him up. Probably grabbing him last too.
Here's my List 8th: Partitio - I'll NEVER SPENT MY MONEY ON HIRED HELP. 7th: Hikari - Nope. Never. Limb by Limb is good for breaks but I can't see his potential on boss fights. 6th: Temenos - We already have Castii. 5th: Osvald - Arcanist + Scholar Buff is very useful for stacking buffs but we have Castii for that. 4th: Agnea - Latent + Elemental Barrage for Farming, Sealticge is very useful. 3th: Throné - Her Latent is good starter for Armor Corrosion plus Leghold Trap and Aeber. 2nd: Castii - She can do all. Plus our Mama. 1st: Ochette - CUTE
Temenos also has a great night ability, to blind enemies (and one other effect that I can’t think of right now) Honestly, I’ve mostly played this game during the night because of all the op effects😅
Agnea's strength isn't in her latent power but her ability to buff AND restore either SP or BP depending on the recruited follower she's got. It kind of tapers off super late gate, but gaining phys/elemental power AND restoring 75 SP is insane for a huge chunk of the game. Plus Sealticge's Seduction is incredible even for late game, especially on Temenos who can then just destroy every shield with Scholar subclass and elemental barrage, or on Hikari who just does all of the damage in the whole universe. She's a top 3 character for me.
Throne? Almost worst? LMAO. Best nuker in the game. You can use item on every turn to boost your latent gauge and BP, then use the latent power to do the strongest nuke attack in the game (if properly boosted speed). She is number 3 after Ochette and obviously Casti.
Being real, Castti is too powerful from start to finish. Being able to heal+revive as one skill, concocting unlimited times for whatever, making up a weakness on the fly upon an enemy, and a well rounded axe based skillset, while being easier to obtain one of her EX Skills made her longevity in the overworld through her Apothecary Support Skills way too all rounded that she's probably the best traveler to start and end the game.
Yeah, I know the whole point of the game is anyone can be good, but throne is infinitely better than agnea and there's nothing you can say to convince me otherwise
You forgot one Key part , your number 2 is ugly design not suited to the game ( makes me think of Tenma s father in saint seyia). So he s direct out of the ranking, near the exit to be polite...

Osvald is like strongest for the 95% of the game, but when he isnt, he is the weakest. Too slow to get things done at times.

Agree with everything, except I would swap Agnea with Hikari. But still have Agnea higher than Temenos.
If you pair Hikari and Throné together at night you can pretty much instantly obliterate any normal enemy with his Enervating Slash skill lmao

I loved Temenos as a character, I didn’t gravitate toward him as much in combat as some of the others. I still think he is great to use though
All char are very great but i'd put Ochette in number 1, she can break everything, she did so much dmg, self buff also.
I love that all the characters are good in their own ways. Ochette was my main :)
