You should have mentioned the vast amount of custom and retro tracks in mario kart wii. The modding community is a large part of why it remains relevant to this day.

I played Mario kart 7 a ton when I was younger. It should 100% be in 2nd or 3rd.

With all due respect, I really don't know very well, why many people like to rank from best to worst or from worst to best of video games or video game sagas, bone ok, but for me I enjoy games equally.

SuperMarioKart was the first and only game in the series that truly challenged me. I was getting sweaty hands and heart racing if I was first place with 1 lap to go because of its difficulty and fine margin for error. Also, items often did not determine your success or misfortune like in the newer games. Skill was the dominant factor. That's why it'll always be the best.

Super Mario Kart : It had to start somewhere. 7.Mario Kart Super Circuit : Better than SMK, more content, better visuals. 6.Mario Kart 7 : slow, boring. 5.Mario Kart Wii : doesn't hold up that well, bad tracks and gimmicks. 4.Mario Kart Double Dash : interesting gameplay but a mess artistically. 3.Mario Kart 64 : Still the best battle mode, less handholding on races make it more interesting (long unrestricted jumps, more out of track spaces). 2.Mario Kart DS : Very interesting tracks, fast, second best battle mode. 1.Mario Kart 8 : Great gameplay, lots of tracks. Too bad the battle mode sucks.

Mario Kart Wii is seen by most longtime fans as probably the worst MK. The fact that you have it this high on the list reveals that you played it at a certain a younger age and your nostalgia glasses are blinding you.

I hate people giving praise to the games that start series when they are undoubtedly the worst in the series. I don't give a damn, super mario kart sucks, mario party 1 sucks, mario bros 1 is mid, and even other series like mega man 1 is mid.

I’m ngl this list ain’t it. This isn’t an open world franchise, and several of these are aspects of it being open world. Sure side quests would be cool, but “kill 50 shriek bats” type “missions” are slop meant to pad playtime. Samus changing to animal forms like some sort of power ranger seems… ridiculous, but not saying it couldn’t be done well. Pretty sure it’s going to involve time travel mechanics as its main thing. I like the gunship one though. I believe this was originally an idea for MP3 but was cut due to limitations of the Wii.

The first orange pikmin idea? Already exists for the most part within a modded version of pikmin 2 you can play for effectively free. The other one? That is Already a signature white pikmin thing.

Considering the Reveal & Launch of Switch 2,there is therefore a Super Mario Galaxy 2 port/Remaster Release is inevitable,mainly because of the celebration of Mario’s 40th anniversary in the Fall of this year,maybe even in a 3D All stars vol.2,with Super Mario 64 DS & Super Mario 3D Land,also just because it makes sense to have ALL 3D Mainline Mario Games Available on Switch!!

I want Smash Ultimate Deluxe so so bad. Fighter Pass 3 would be insane hype as well, hadn't thought of that.
