I remember when I had to have my tonsils out. When they came to take me away in the crib I was crying for my mom. My older brother got a regular hospital bed, and I had to have a crib. I did have lots of popsicles though. God bless Sharon, Lois,and Bram for encouraging the kids in the hospital.

Sharon and Bram came one year to the sound of music festival in Burlington Ontario Canada and one of the kids asked where is Lois? Bram said she was not feeling good so she is at home. Lois actually died of cancer.
When I was a little boy and was sick from school I would actually watch this show as well as Mr. dress up, and Fred Penner, and Sesame Street, and mr. Rogers neighbourhood.

I forgot how funny this show is...and I'm surprised how much I remember about this show even though it's been nearly 22 years since I saw this.

ah, this stuff does my heart good. there's something so full of personality and genuineness in this, unlike contemporary children's tv. i remember as a kid, i'd feel such admiration for these cool, real adults. and i still do :) this shows some of the better personality that you could express out to the world, and i'm glad i could relive it again. thank you for posting this wonderful material, and i'm glad it's still accessible!

The stars song is actually called "Bye n Bye" it's from their first LP "One Elephant, Deux Elephants@

I heard of the stars song from the "Campfire" album after I first traveled time to the past years like 1989-1990. The stars song was originally recorded by ONE ELEPHANT DEUX ELEPHANTS in 1978 or 1994.
