    Ingredients:
    - 2 tablespoons homemade clarified butter or oil
    - A small amount of chopped onion
    - 1/2 teaspoon white cumin seeds
    - A pinch of carom seeds (ajwain)
    - 1 garlic clove, minced
    - 1/2 tomato, chopped
    - Salt to taste
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
    - A small amount of water
    - 1 medium-sized potato, diced
    - 7-8 small slices of carrot
    - A small amount of chopped bell pepper (capsicum)
    - A small amount of diced bottle gourd (ghiya)
    - A small amount of chopped cabbage
    - 5-6 pieces of soy chunks
    - Beef broth (quantity as needed)
    Method:
    1. Prepare the Base:
    - Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of homemade clarified butter or oil.
    - Add a small amount of chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
    - Add 1/2 teaspoon white cumin seeds and a pinch of carom seeds (ajwain) and sauté for a short while.
    - Add 1 minced garlic clove and sauté until fragrant.
    2. Cook the Tomato and Spices:
    - Add 1/2 chopped tomato to the pan.
    - Add salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder.
    - Add a small amount of water and cook the mixture for a while.
    3. Add the Vegetables:
    - Add 1 medium-sized diced potato, 7-8 small slices of carrot, a small amount of chopped bell pepper, a small amount of diced bottle gourd, and a small amount of chopped cabbage.
    - Sauté the vegetables for about 6-7 minutes.
    4. Prepare the Soy Chunks:
    - In a separate bowl, soak 5-6 soy chunks in water for a while until they become soft.
    - Drain the water from the soy chunks and add them to the saucepan with the vegetables.
    5. Add Beef Broth and Cook:
    - Add beef broth to the saucepan and mix well.
    - Cook the mixture until the water is slightly reduced and the vegetables and soy chunks are well-cooked.
    6. Grind the Mixture:
    - Once the mixture has thickened and cooked, turn off the heat and let it cool.
    - Transfer the cooled mixture to a blender and grind until smooth.
    - Pour the mixture into a bowl and serve.
