Hi! I'm a bit late on this video but I just wanted to let you know that you did the right choice bying a usb-c adaptator with the wire, because sometimes, when you have a case on your laptop, the adaptator without any wire won't fit correctly and that's bothering :)

I have the same (new) adapter that you have! I LOVE it and it has lasted me 6 months so far and I use it everyday. I added it to my "charger Bag" for when I travel in case I need to edit a video while I am gone!
