Today, we have a Dell OptiPlex 7010 desktop that came in for some network troubleshooting. Customer stated that he had lost his Wi-Fi feature on his desktop and wanted me to remedy the problem for him. This was relatively straightforward to resolve, and the customer was happy with the outcome.
