How can I remove the trim from the handle? I removed the torx bolts and I see the clips holding it to the handle but it doesn’t seem to come apart? Is there more hidden clips holding it to the handle?

Sigala has poor customer service. After sending me a damaged splitter they promised to send me a replacement but now they do not respond to my phone calls or emails. Order 12075
