this is how much i bring + extra snacks for hungry coworkers, i work in the sun mostly and ain't no way i'm missing my chance to munch and crunch
It's a normal amount for you which is all that matters. I'm one of those people that eats 2 small meals a day and sometimes a snack but mostly not so it's seems like more than I could eat but I also don't work out... So you do you girl!
