This was nothing short of awe-inspiring, capturing the essence of adventure and the boundless beauty of the natural world. From the breathtaking landscapes to the skillful storytelling, every frame was a testament to the incredible journey undertaken. The cinematography skillfully transported viewers to remote and diverse terrains, showcasing the vastness of the wilderness and the challenges faced by those daring souls who embarked on the overland expedition. The sense of camaraderie among the travelers, coupled with the sheer determination to overcome obstacles, created a narrative that was both gripping and heartwarming. The video not only celebrated the spirit of exploration but also served as a visual feast, leaving audiences with a profound appreciation for the untamed landscapes and the adventurers who dared to traverse them. It was a cinematic masterpiece, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
Short cut tip: Green Beans, wash fluid first out of the can, roast beside of bacon some hacked onions, use water boiler, 1l, prepare 1 beef cube (boullion) add it the soup over bacon and onions, finish cooking the beans, drop the water after, or use later for a real soup, add little real butter over the beans before serving. Enjoy the taste :-) it’s only 2-3 mins more work
I follow about 150 TH-camrs and I thought I had seen all the pretty sites in the USA until I watched this video. The site that you are camping has to be one of the most stunning places I have ever seen. How in the world did you find such a place? This verifies what I have always thought, why travel a broad unless you have seen all the wonderful places in our great country. Thank you for taking me along on this trip. A great video for sure!!
Thanks for that! We generally just study the topography on the map and find steep changes that go near forest roads. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't but like panning for gold... When you find a nugget it just feeds the fire to find an even bigger one 🤣
Your comment about setup/tear down speed is absolutely correct! We just sold a great overland trailer that had zero issues, in order to trade up to one that offered easier setup and tear down ……plus a few more amenities. The last thing you want is an hour setup after hours on the road, only to have an hour tear down the next morning with a full days drive ahead.
Quick tip for canned vegetables. Drain water out of the can before using them, then sauté canned veggies using olive oil. Add salt and pepper as you see fit.
Kevin, Thanks for share the episode where you built the 4 tire inflation system, super helpful, and I like the idea of extending it to 6 tires for when I pull the trailer!
LOL! I have to start taking notes to remember all the comments we want to say during your videos! First! I can't wait to see Abigail walking! We love the Abby-Titles!! Those were cute! And because of you (not sure whether to thank you or not just yet!) we have put a down on one of those Voyager trailers! Watching you guys traverse through those Utah backroads has pretty much answered all our questions as to where we can take our trailer. The air mattress in the JL has worked so far however, with two of us and our 4-legged kids, it's a bit much. We're meeting with Loren after Christmas. Merry Christmas to us! Enjoy Tennessee with the fam, and can't wait for next week to see what happens with the tire! Safe travels, guys!!
Congratulations and welcome to the Voyager family! So glad you've enjoyed our adventures. We can't wait for Abby to be more mobile too; though I think she will be hard to corral when she does!
I have a SunSeeker FatTad 20" recumbent trike with the 1500watt Bafang HD e-assist and a 48v 20ah battery. It's like sitting in a LazeBoy recliner, with your feet elevated, don't have to balance, neck, shoulders, and arse don't hurt after hours of riding.
Fantastic 😊 videos ☺️💕. Mind blowing landscape mesmerizing location wonderful 👍. Hats off to both of you inspite of having a baby 🐥 you have taken a challenge to show us this type of ausom location be safe, healthy and happy 😊👏 journey. God bless you all.😊❤❤❤❤.
Always love watching you guys. What a beautiful family you have. You are giving your children the most magnificent childhood. I am really loving your new rig. Can it be purchased by anybody or was it custom just for you?
I know you ran into a flat but what about the trailer? I imagine it is not as good in the tight stuff as the Turtleback was but feedback on how it is doing off-road would be great. Thanks and Merry Christmas to you all!!! Hopefully the remainer of your trip to family in Tennessee was pleasant👍. Look forward to seeing all of you at Overland West in May.
Abigail sure smiles a lot 😁. Also, nothing wrong w/ an e-bike. Like you stated, if you want some exercise, use the minimum assist. Otherwise, looks like it does make for a good means of reconing the trail ahead, while conserving some energy!
Had to watch offline. Loved that opening campsite. Speaking of drone..... I saw one that has 35 minutes fly time. Veeniix V11 . Love the Abby comments. I've never seen a camping high chair ... wow. Sorry about the flat... UGH. Until next time... Travel safe.
The darker the roast, the easier the coffee is to drink black and without anything added. I prefer a good light roast, the flavors are different. I swear I could have a whole coffee shop with just different roasts, or blends of drip coffee.
👍👍👍👍👍😀, Another great vlog ! An ebike has been a consideration for scouting ahead also...(weight wise). I was toying with the idea of a Yamaha TW 200 but.....
Your little Abigail is such a cutie! Well at least the bits we see…. not when she’s screaming at 4am lol 😂….. Viewing from the UK I can never get over how vast the US is and how many trail roads you have to roam. Who is responsible for maintaining the various trails?? Thanks for sharing your travels with us 😊
Advil is magic for teething babies. Teeth bursting through fresh gums is so painful for their little mouths. If you aren’t opposed to medicating Advil is where it’s at. Tylenol if she’s not old enough for Advil.
Ah I’ve got four kid and when they were babies you’ll do and play almost anything to get the crying to spot especially in the wee hours of the morning when you’re tired.
Do you folks consider the little ones when choosing an epic camp? How do you mange them around a cliff side? Also, it’s nice to see that you are setting the example for Caroline by wearing a helmet. Good job Dad!
Caroline has been raised in the wild so she respects the dangers (like the fresh bear tracks) and Abigail isn't walking yet so it's not a factor yet. If we camp with friends though with little ones we definitely keep that in mind.
Hey not sure I understand that question. Is it easier to setup now with some use? Absolutely, I just had to get the sequence right. (It was already quick but now it's even faster)
Those potatoes are the best i use them at home .. then dice up a single potato or two just to add a few lumps .. you would never know they were instant add some garlic salt and parsley ... nothing wrong with canned veggies either .. don't eat much other than corn personally but hey we all do what we do
could probably use frozen diced taters for hash just throw them in the water from beginning they will cook as water boils and be ready to add flakes @@LifestyleOverland
Asking this for my own knowledge. Is storing your trash bags in the car the best options in bear country? I’ve heard many times bears will break into cars if I get food.
There are problem bears who are accustomed to humans being sources of food that can break into vehicles. We rarely camp in campgrounds where this is common. A wild bear will steer clear of you 99% of the time and reducing your smells by keeping trash and food inside hard-sided vehicles will keep them from getting curious. You will find a wide range of advice on this and many crazy stories but this has been our personal experience. We've had zero issues in 10 years using this method.
A genuine question I sometimes struggle to answer myself; I know you guys share your spots on your patreon, but how do you feel about people searching for the spots on their own? Admittedly I managed to find where the first campsite is on Google Earth pretty quickly. I always worry when I share spots that they'll become to popular. Edit: I just went to add it to OnX offroad, and I already have the exact spot marked as a potential area for exploration! Y'all beat me to it XD
Oh the worst is when a babying is screaming on s long road trip and there’s nothing, I think we ruined our at the time three year old daughter where moved from Fairbanks, AK to Tenn and turned it into a three week adventure going all over.
@@LifestyleOverland ya I know and that why I still continue to support you I love what you do im.just passing à constructive message and I make me Wrong I totally understand but maby diffrently..I realy love the story teller you are like the 2h Alaska trip which I've watch entirely like a national geographic movie thanks for that
Oh Kevin pls pls do not ever get under your vehicle like that without a jack stand… I cringed and prayed for you… I understand it was momentarily and you know what you’re doing, but ish happens. Your family needs you in 1pc and intact. Safe travels 🙏
Thanks for the concern but 1) The tire was still on so even if it fell it wouldn't crush me. 2) I was putting a jack stand under the axle in the shot. Tune in next week for the whole story.
Who made fun of you having an Ebike? I bring mine to most trips and I'm able to get a lot of miles from camp and explore places many wish they could on foot. No packing the campsite or other things up. You just hope on and go...
I really enjoy your videos, however, with all due respect in my opinion you tend to overuse the term "EPIC". Everything is epic. Trails are epic, camps are epic and heaven knows that views are epic. You might think about getting a thesaurus and finding other adjectives to mix into your narative. Otherwise you do very nice work.
If you've watched our series then you know it's a recurring theme. When we say its "epic", people know exactly what that means. Not all trails or campsites are epic and we only use it when it's justified. But thanks for the comment.

Glad you think so!
Still loving the throwback music from Alaska Trip! Family & Friends.
Love those guys. Hoping for a new album one day
That campsite was, perhaps, the most beautiful I have ever seen! Thank you!!
I love how, after all of these years of travel, you are all still “Wowed!” Love it! ABG!
It's definitely a different wow. Like when and old friend tells you a new story or your wife puts on a new dress... Familiar but still dazzling.
What a fantastic video! The drone footage was outstanding!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
That first camp spot was nothing short of epic and stunning; thank you😎🤩⭐️
Thanks for riding along!
No shame in shortcuts! Suddenly Salad is always a hit at our camp.
Except for coffee, I always bring pre ground

Caned green beans are the best
That campsite, in any other state, would be a freaking national park lol
That's why there's 5 of them in Utah 😁👍 It's all incredible
Curious how tall the trailer is with the tent on top. I know the site says 82 inches but I don’t know if that is with the tent on top

What was the tent getting easier to set up now Kevin. I’m curious to see how long to report about Tent it’s very intriguing.

Yep!

I took the Drone Academy course a few years ago and found it very helpful. Not sure how much the test has changed but I'd start with them 👍
@LifestyleOverland You're AWESOME Brotha! Much appreciated.
You should put a mirror on your bike so you can see when you're towing
My only concern with these trailers are bears! You are sleeping right next to your food…
