The AUX is louder than the bluetooth interface on any car. Buy a bluetooth AUX adapter, it'll give you the benefit of both.

So - the Bluetooth treats the car as headphones. Turning up the volume on your phone increases the volume/amplitude of the sound going to the radio on top of the cars speaker volume. Plugging your phone in to the USB interface (or AUX) to charge it in the center console will allow the audio to pass from the phone to the car at full power.
SD cards are just like the memory in your phone and you can transfer your music to the SD card (Or USB stick) and plug it in to run music from there. Depending on the amount of songs on the stick changes the seek and play time on the car as it has to read all of it before it starts playing.
Other thing I noticed in my 300. Is that sometimes if you go into the EQ and just tap the bass or treble up or down the volume will increase dramatically. It’s basically my routine now.

Seriously! Also, if Bluetooth/USB isn't as loud as Aux, make sure to use try the volume control on your phone while music is playing. I noticed sometimes the phone output volume for the Bluetooth channel isn't set to max, causing the audio to be extremely low, no matter what the radio volume is set to.

Having an sd card is convenient and makes it quicker to get to music and make folders for types. It allows you to use the touchscreen that your car has. Plus 64gb card will hold over 4500 songs.

I have a 2016 300S AWD with the 10 speaker Beats system. My phones Bluetooth sounds crystal clear. I also have approx. 3200 songs on a SD card that sounds great. the aux. input is the lowest quality sound input of all of them.

But wait my aux makes my sound so much better and louder yes I have the beats as well
the SD driver is for people who doesn't have space on their phones so they download tons of music on a SD card.

Your 1.2.3. settings adjusts your volume according to speed. Turns up with increased speed,down while decreasing speed.

Also you can go to audio where your 3 band you can put bass 5 mids on 6 and treble all way up make sound good to.
When adding music to an sd card, the music gets even lauder
The SD card slot is actually used for updating uconnect you download from the website move it to the sd card plug it into the slot and then go through car menus
Is that how you update the maps? They have done a bunch of new construction around where I live and the navigation is missing a few on ramps.
I'm using a 16 gig SD in my car and it has over 1,500 songs on it and I still have over 5 gigs left unused on it. Unless you are streaming music from your phone .the SD card is the way to go.
Yes the auxiliary jack will be louder but the quality isn't actually better than directly training files via USB or SD card, the aux trends to favor the lower tones just making it muffled and appear to have more bass. Really tho it's all personal preference

SD card is the way to go. You can put a terrabyte of music in and it sounds awesome. All the album s artwork pops up, you can organize your music however you want and a list of everything will be on the screen so you can scroll through and select from the touch screen instead of fumbling around with your phone.

My old 2013 Charger RT MAX 5.7 HEMI had the best car sound system I'd ever heard, the Dr DRE BEATS system with a 556 watt amp and 12 speakers with an 8 inch Sub in the trunk (I think it was 8) it blew away the 900watt harmon kardon system in my 2015 SRT Challenger. Turns out the nimrods at Dodge svc couldn't figure out why it sounded like you were in a tin can. 2 svc calls later the geniuses finally saw it had the wrong software loaded. After installing the correct software it sounded so much better. The subs loosened the fillings in your teeth, but to be perfectly honest the Dr DRE BEATS system still sounded better, in fact it sounded better than many home systems I've listened to. The biggest shocker came when I bought my '17 ZL1 Camaro, the best system available was the 9 speaker BOSE system, no subs just 9 BOSE drivers, I haven't been able to find info on how many watts the amp generates. It sounds good, don't get me wrong but the 556 watt Dr DRE BEATS system blows it away in every dynamic, the harmon karden killed the BOSE with the 2 subs in the trunk, the bass was nuts and BOSE 9 speaker couldn't touch either 1, IMO. I've always been an audiophile and knew BOSE was the best sound system available, at least that's what I'd read about for so many years, it was a shock to hear that isn't the case. The Dr DRE system sounds the best of them all IMO, I wish I could buy the system and put it in my ZL1.

What's up man just watch the video my Bluetooth plays loud don't know that's weird what you're dealing with their got to make sure whatever app your listening to music through you have to make sure that its volume is up through the app and then you got to make sure the phone volume is up also and of course you got your car volume but yeah my Bluetooth plays loud and I doubled up on the beat Subs so I have two of them best factory system I've ever heard...
victor erzene what he is saying is that aux is louder than bluetooth or usb, and im sure his apps and phone volume is at its max. Im buying an aux cord im interested to hear how much louder it can sound.
True. My BT is loud, don't get me wrong, its just not nearly as loud as the AUX cable. I have it full blast on my iPhone, but still no where near as loud as my AUX cable. Im running Monster Audio AUX cables too.

You can get a vent phone car mount and charge your phone that way then still have the aux plugged in
Love the video, I just purchased a 2014 dodge charger SXT Rallye with 11k miles a little over a month ago and I'm moving to durham North Carolina this Friday night from New Smyrna Beach Florida
No CD Player, its because you can copy CD's to iTunes or Google Play then copy your quality audio files and play list with thousands of songs from your Google Play or iTunes to the SD card which can play the high quality sound through your BEATS System.
My Wife doesn't like all the explicit lyrics in the music i like so i have all my Boomin Tracks on an SD card that I can switch in or out when she's around.

I guess it depends on your definition of the best. The loudest input does not equal the best quality. The aux input doesn't display track number and such because it's an analog input, it doesn't transfer files at all, and is the poorest audio quality.

SD card is clutch when you have music that hasn't made it to streaming platforms..load it up on the computer and save it to sd...SD... can listen to it there and have an SD card collection like a cd collection. Still have full function of your phone without music playing from it...also has it available to other drivers of your car at all times.

Oh yeah also adjust the speed volume in your settings. Trust me it will help tremendously!! Im an ol G audiophile and pretty much go aux input in all the newer whips! BT is not the way because it compresses the audio and the same for SD cards. I do suggest sd at times if you really know what you like and have custom play lists. I'm old school so I'm always thinking theft prevention and having less wires and crap around my dash and interior of my car draws less attention to it so I do download all my music off Amazon music HD onto my SD card every week or so and just run all my tracks off the card. It gives a cleaner appearance to my 300s dash. All I have is my USB C charging cable in the center console. See yaaaa!!

SD card holds your audio and video library if equipped with video mod. Also it's good to have if you wanted to charge your phone and listen to your library. According to you, you can't do both while charging. I'm sure SD will give you great sound just like AUX does. No CD player = SD card. This is just my assumption. Great vids bruh... Nice car!!!

I'm a fan of micro chips so here's why. Phones die they break with that chip reader it could update also read music put all your mp3 on that way better than phone if u have over 3000 songs back then when mp3s was out them things the shit bro.

They don’t sell the separate and the people who say it’s bullshit it’s not, beats actuallt makes this system is just people wanna give beats shit for no reason. The subwoofers don’t get sold separate but some people sell them on eBay. Very very good system, great bass, great mids and treble is mint. Don’t listen to the people who say beats are trash, beats confirmed that they do make these speakers. You can buy them on eBay though

You can get 1tb sd cards. Also the sd card takes 0 space to use.
The "base" Clarion system apparently sounds the same, or not bad enough to pay money for Beats upgrade.
You can keep the phone charged with a 12V DC to USB adapter. Theres a 12V DC outlet on the dash and in the center compartment near the AUX port. The 12V DC outlet looks like the old cigarette lighter, same thing actually.

I don’t believe the new dodge or Chrysler cars come with BEATS anymore. I think they stopped that after 2015-2016. But I have heard that the Harmon kardon speakers they come with nowadays are legit as well, it comes with a sub in the trunk as well!
factory doesn’t make 2018 chrysler 300s with beats speakers in the trunk anymore but 2017 chrysler 300s comes with beats speakers in trunk but my chrysler 2018 doesn’t have speaker in the trunk
2017/18 had Beats. You have to look for them, it was no longer standard in the S model after 2016. I happened to find one it was in.

Ppl sit there and whine like “this ain’t no 550 Watts”, but what you’re failing to realize is that’s the max wattage output which in the big picture is rarely reached. You need to pay attention to the rms rating on a sound system, which in this case is prob around 250-300. Now if you were in charge of marketing, would you tell ppl your product was pushing 300 watts or 550? That goes for any system though- be it this overrated Beats trash or a high end set up.
