Yall have the most in depth video of the Haven experience. We will be cruising the Escape and Haven in March of 24, and I feel as if all my questions have been answered. Your videos are the most informative and down to earth out there. Thanks for the effort

I sailed the Haven on Encore right before Covid hit in February 2020. I thought it was NCL's best Haven. Your videos brought back so many memories. Our room was right next to the Horizon Lounge and it almost felt like an extension of our cabin. I love quiet places like that in the morning. I sailed the Caribbean so I cant even imagine how nice that lounge is in Alaska.
I sailed on the Bliss right before Covid to Alaska. We did the Haven aft penthouse that ship the decor in the Haven. The restaurant was they had glass snowflakes like the decor was gorgeous. It reflected Alaska icebergs it was phenomenal.
If you people go to EE Cecee travels, they are the most in depth as far as Alaska cruises wow, just wow they are very very in depth with food with everything

I tell you the very best. The very best cabin to have for Alaska is the Norwegian Bliss or encore that we what you prefer but the aft Haven penthouse oh my goodness it doesn’t even compare. Does not even compare to being on the side because you get the full, you get both sides you it’s just unbelievable, but if you get the opportunity is Decker gives you the history of Alaska? It tells you about the railroad it has printed prints of the actual men who did the gold rush lives them climbing the mountains I mean the bliss is phenomenal when it comes to doing an Alaska cruise that’s the ship you wanna be on
The Norwegian glass is so much more beautiful it is was built or Alaska. All the decor is like snowflakes and it’s beautiful. The blitz was the first shift that I got on please stop calling about you’re killing me. You’re killing me. I’m never been on encore. don’t plan on going on the encore because it has a massive snake on the back of the ship, I have done three times on the list and it is absolutely wonderful
What a great way to start your vlogs! You all are so down to earth and savvy! (We’ve been on the Encore Alaska and go again in 3 months. First time wheel chair now ambulatory! Yahoo. We too were in a Haven Spa and next voyage Haven Aft. )
You have shown us so much more that we were not able to explore previous trip. Well done and keep growing.., you ALL are great. And, we will never look at lighting in the Haven Restaurant again without thinking of you all😉

We have done 6 Breakaway class Havens and a recent Haven on the Prima.
If you like the Breakaway class Haven then the Prima class Haven will blow you away.
That's good to know. Right now we r set to sail the Caribbean in Feb 2026 for our 25th anniversary in the Haven penthouse suite on Prima. I've actually been thinking about changing cause I'm not really liking the itinerary.
the Haven aft penthouse with large balcony is the only way to go, especially in Alaska...if you're willing to spend the extra cash.

Great video! Loved the positive attitude when things go wrong. We're in the Haven Spa suite on Escape going from NYC to Canada 8/27/23 but I think our suite 16112 is smaller. Was yours the deluxe?! We've been on NCL 6 or more times but never in the Haven. We upgraded because it's our 50th anniversary. I don't see 16 on the elevator panel (I'm in a scooter) so how do you get there from the Haven pool, dining room, lounge and sun deck? Was there one night when everyone dressed up?
Thank you! I don't think that there is a deluxe suite option with the haven spa rooms but the room was spacious! The Haven elevators only went to 17, 18, and 19 in the haven area on the front of the boat. If you need to get to 16 you have to leave the haven area (level 17) and use the main elevators. The only event that we would have dressed up for was the captains cocktail hour but unfortunately we couldn't make it due to dinner taking longer than expected. Congratulations on your 50th anniversary!

New York style cheese cake is cake texture, but New Jersey cheese cake is smooth whipped cream cheese cake and only the crust end is firm. I don't like Morton's the Steakhouse cheese cake because it's puny and a 3" round. Saltgrass Steakhouse has a nice big slice of real cheese cake like New Jersey cheesecake and is oh so good.
Me, booked into The Haven for Alaska next May: Eh, do I really need the Premium drinks package? Sees the JW Blue Label… Signs my husband up immediately.
You will see the quality of drinks that come out of the Haven bar are outstanding. Hope you have a great time on your cruise. May will be here before you know it!

stay at the Edgewater, its right next to the ship,literally about 100 steps away, plus they have nice overwater rooms, its a bit pricey but we love it.
