I wouldn't recommend using the refrigerator or microwave, but if you keep the cookies in front of the fan and it's not too humid outside, you won't need to dry them for more than 8 hours. If you are really short on time, you can use a dehydrator. I've never used one, but my cookie decorator friends have had great results with it.

I made some for the first time yesterday (which was a recipe I found online) and found it to be a TINY bit runny when I tried to line my edges before filling it in. I love how yours stays in place. I'm becoming obsessed with your channel! Lol :)
How did you make your royal icing become so shining and easy to make it flat ? BTW i LOOOVEEE your baking skills and all the cookies n cake's art and everything about ur baking.
