God Damn- this helps explain why France has lost so many wars. Six people to fill this tiny little garbage truck on this tiny little street. This is crazy. One full time guy does nothing but push a button- but he's really good at that.
In New York City we have only 2 people on one truck, one driver one loader. And they really move, you would tire just watching them. Oh and in Winter they are primarily responsible for snow removal. All of the trucks double as snow plows. With very few exceptions every road in NYC is clear within 24 hrs of a major snow storm.
1 Guy operates the controls, 3 guys collect the garbage, 1 driver, and 1 guy following with a van. 7 People, and only 3 do the work??? WOW!!! And they wonder why cities go bankrupt. Oh!! How many managers for those 7 people???
It’s always cool to see collections from other parts of the world, seems these guys have a pretty smooth assembly line type deal to get those big piles off the ground. Also seems like that guy with the jeans and man bun does the most work of them all, haha.
Great video! One suggestion, since there power is 50hz, unlike our 60hz, you may want to adjust the camera settings. That would get rid of the flickering lights.

Rubbish can fly out from the truck when compress. To avoid unnecessary damage and claims. That's why it is necessary to have a safety truck to prevent other road user getting close.

In reality only 1-2 maximum, in my city in France we start to prepare all the trash of everybody (Like we go in your home to take the trash can, prepare all our customers trash on the day, put it on the road and waiting the trashtruck arriving arround 6:10, at 6;10 the one who finished prepare his hood jump on the truck and pick up all the trash other are finishing to prepare on the road, and the other one just put back the can or container where they should be
Not very efficient. They are not well organized. In my area of the city, I see a single driver comes with a much garbage truck, and gets the work done in a few minutes.
