    I don't know if I ever mentioned this to you before, but before I found your channel, I read a book series with the main character named Rhiannon Godfrey. I can't imagine going to a school without constant assignment deadlines. I don't think any type of school or university in the US is like you describe. Neurodivergent is as close as language gets for all of the terms as a group. Some people want to rename ADHD to VAST, which stands for "Variable Attention Stimulus Trait". It took me years of meditation to stop the constant avalanche or hamster wheel of thoughts. I used to have a brain that constantly was full of a combination of thoughts that were completely pointless and thoughts of awful things that "might" happen that I couldn't stop. I woke up one day a couple of years ago now and the voice was gone. I had to ask my spiritual teacher what was happening because it felt so strange to have almost no random thoughts. It's literally like someone went into my mind and set the volume to 50%.
