I get that the mechanic just came out when the episode aired, but he presumably mastered the skill already. Eh, maybe just the 20/20 hindsight kicking in

The Draw Effect from Hellsky Fenrir has a cost of SB3 and CB1. He couldn't activate it a 3rd time since he has no CB left to draw the Gleipnir out. As shown on 12:18

The anime never said that u need to call gleipnir from the soul for his skill to be activated right? And u can just read the card's effect
