I think it's the right forums found your channel you probably have a lot more visits. Granted DDCS is not a topic that is going to bring in thousands but even if it's not very popular it is an amazing resource for people just starting out trying to figure out their controllers. Thanks for the video. I just set my mill up with this motion controller, I have stepperonline t6 series drives running t6 series ac motors. I am currently trying to figure out what parameters I need to change either on the drive or the motion controller to have the same level of accuracy with my pendant that you have. When I have the pendant set to move one thousandth of an inch the axis I'm moving moves about 2 thou at a time. In the manual for the drives, I have lots of questions regarding electronic gear ratio which is still set at 1 to 1 and have dropped my command pulse counts per revolution form default down to 85 through trial and error getting the machine to move accurately according to digital readout. If you have any recommendations as to if I'm doing anything incorrectly or advice on any parameters to change would be greatly appreciated.
