I'm looking for a video to change the mount to put on a new better breather system

Is there a torque measurement for those bolts that we need to drive specifically? And if so, is there a manual that shows those measurements?
I have a 2005 Sportster 1200. and I would like to know if there is such a thing

I'm sure there is a spec but they should be fine just snuggimg them up with the smaller side of an Allen
