    Very nice. I hadn't considered the multiple colours a possibility in the gradient. And I like the circle effect! Thank you, Mak!

    I've been using the gradient background for awhile and really like the results. I can think of a few projects to use these new tips with and I plan to try them very soon. Thanks!

    HOLY MOLY... I had been playing about with this and come up with some ~interesting visual results but I was really wanting to mess about with more then two colours and opacity with an image but didn't realise how one dimensional I was being in that I would always set my background as either the section or the row not both...

    Hi ET. Thanks for this great tutorial. One thing I noticed though, was that when using the color picker slider, the rgba transparency values were hidden behind the confirm button, making it difficult to choose a transparency value using the slider. Perhaps the input box could be widened to accommodate the full values in a future update. Thanks again.

    Mak can i get the discount on your courses ? I asked this because I purchased Divi before I realized you taught about how to use the platform. I purchased a yearly subscription. If I was to by the lifetime membership would I still qualify for your discount through your link??

    Beautiful tips, but for the video isn't it best to host it on TH-cam and embed it to save bandwidth?

    Excellent, great the improvements and instructional video, thanks.
    QUESTION ... does this scale correctly to mobile? Building the circles for instance, or the number of colors across a background gradient. I'm in the process of building my first Divi theme site and I keep designing and discovering things that just don't scale to tablet and mobile phone. Perhaps there's a guide that helps us know which sections, rows, modules handle scaling and which don't??
    Keep up the good work, the more you do, the more we can do ... the better we look in cyber world :)

    Is there any easy way to get my text to align further than the default to the left or right side if I am using the fullwidth slider with the background effects? I want my text to fit within a right circle with start and end positions of 40% and I can't seem to make it work correctly. Right now, I am using this for the custom css tab:
    Slide Title:.et_pb_slide_0 .et_pb_slide_description h2
    -------------------
    float: right;
    position: fixed;
    top: 0px;
    left: 70%;
    width: 40%;
    Would love any suggestion you could give, thanks!

    I cant find gradient option in my module...can you help.. my divi version is 3.0.40.... Thanks.

  • @joytripura45
    @joytripura45 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Divi should have these options like Elementor- 1. inner section 2. search option for icons 3. divider with text 4. highlighted text. If you add these options then I will leave Elementor. Just look at the result after adding these options everyone will convert to Divi very fast.

    What am I doing wrong? The image is in front of the color effect and I can't seem to reverse it to adjust the opacity according to the instructions herein. Surely I am missing something simple?

      I figured it out! I was not applying the color layer to the correct element! I was able to discover my error when I read the post as opposed to watch the video. Thank you for giving both options for those of us with alternative learning styles!

    A little feedback on the tutorial style - I think you should slow yourself down by about 50% and it would be VERY helpful if in the video instead of just saying "do this, do that" - you might explain WHY - what is the control or the input value actually doing? At first I thought that these details must be in the written blog article that this video accompanies but that's not really the case. I find, for myself, that learning is much easier and more complete if I understand WHY am I doing something rather than following a recipe of instructions without really understanding the purpose of each step. Just my 2 cents Elegant Themes from a very new potential user.
