  • Rugby League legends, Stuart Fielden and Barrie McDermott, showed how much they hate each other over the years in one of the greatest sporting rivalries of them all.
There were always fireworks when legendary Bradford Bulls forward, Fielden - a Super League winner in 2001, 2003 and 2005 - locked horns with Leeds Rhinos’ star, McDermott - a veteran of two Grand Finals, three Challenge Cup Finals and a World Club Challenge.
Why did the rivalry run so deep? You can join the pair in conversation with Rugby League CEO Ralph Rimmer to find out exactly why in what could be a fiery affair…

DDA? I'm two years older than Barry. I never heard of the DDA thing.

This just popped up for me. Great watch. Two players I massively respect.
Saints fan so no bias here..
I always remember wanting Baz at Saints, and I know most Saints fans did also. One of the toughest forwards and one of the best to watch ever.
Fielden for me in that game Baz mentioned against the Tigers (wcc) he was THE best forward in the world and in that period for me the greatest ever rugby league forward. I know other players where st the top of their game for longer periods, but in my humble opinion he was the best I can remember in that period
