Hi Ms. Raine, what do you recommend for first time travelers to Switzerland? Book the trip in a travel agency? Or do research and do a DIY? Thank you so much! ❤️🙏
Do thorough research first. If in case, you're still confused with the requirements and the process after researching or you do not have enough time to research and DIY, that's the time you ask help from a travel agency.
Hi thanks for your tips. For a 5 day travel, which pass do you recommend? There's no 5 day pass so I am wondering which pass is best that would cover my train to the airport on my flight out from Interlaken. Thank you.
Hi Cha! If you already have your travel dates laid out, check the Saver Day Pass in the SBB website or app. It's valid for a day until 5 AM the next day.
Napaka helpful ng vid nyo po tnx po. Confused lng ako sa part ng airfair po balikan napo ba yun plane ticket nyo? And upon submitting visa requirements pde pala yun reserve lang muna sa ticket🤔
Yes po, return tickets yung reserved flights. And for a Schengen visa, flight reservation lang po ang needed during the application itself. Once your visa is approved, you can purchase your actual flight ticket na.
thanks for this great video you've shared as i was planning make a short tour if i will be given a visa. . just want to ask some advice if i should book more than one hotel as i was planning to take some major cities for 5 days. and which airport should i take for arrival
You can definitely book more than one hotel. Ask your hotel if they offer Tourist Cards/Passes. You'll get to enjoy free transport in some cities. If you'll be going to Lucerne, Mt. Pilatus or Jungfraujoch better to land in Zürich. But if it's Montreux or Lausanne, that would be Geneva
You can find ready to eat meals in Coop, Migros, and Denner. These are grocery stores and/or supermarkets. Coop and Migros also have their own restaurant that has food choices that range from cheap eats to mid-range.
hello po! saan po kaya pwede pumunta ng 5-6 days po sa switzerland? saan po ang reccommend na arrival po? and okay po ba mag visit sa month ng may? thank you sa pag sagot po :)
Hi Jam! May would be a good time to visit. But if you like to walk around in warmer weather, late July to August would be best. 5-6 days would be Zürich, Lucerne, Interlaken, or Grindelwald. You can check these videos that include some Switzerland itineraries: -th-cam.com/video/ZO5xUXJVzM8/w-d-xo.html -th-cam.com/video/AAZwgaTsXII/w-d-xo.html
Hello Ma'am, I am planning to visit 4 countries in 12 days my question is that if I am applying Hungarian visa and my intended stay is for 2 days in Hungary is there any problem to get the visa. Thanks in advance.
Hi, it’s me again 😊.. I’m now in the process of preparing our itinerary. We were planning for central Europe (Prague, Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest) but maybe because I’ve been watching your videos and since you always mention Switzerland, I’m now leaning on dropping Bratislava and Budapest. Thinking of going with Prague, Vienna, Salzburg and Switzerland instead. What do think? Would there be issues? I know 5days is super short to visit CH but can you recommend the best places to visit? I know the train rides there are epic 🤩 Sorry for the long comment, I wanted to put as much information as I can for context lol
Hi Reggie! I'm currently in Switzerland. Thus, the hype. 😆😆😆 I would definitely recommend Lucerne or Interlaken as your hub. From those two, you can visit Mt. Pilatus and Jungfraujoch. If you're a KDrama fan, Iseltwald and Grindelwald are a bus/train ride from Interlaken. I don't think there would be any issues. If you start your trip as Prague-Vienna-Salzburg-Switzerland, it would totally make sense.
@@MissRaineTravels i figured you were, which is why I thought of asking the expert, haha Of course i’m a kdrama fan!😍 Crash Landing on You gave me enough reasons to consider looking it up (though at the time i thought a budget travel will be impossible) This may be a stupid question but I can definitely use the Schengen visa we can acquire from Czech Republic to visit Switzerland? Right? Planning entry on Czechia and staying for 5days, 2days Vienna, 2days Salzburg, then 5days Switzerland.
Yup, the visa issued by the Czech Republic can also be used in Switzerland and other Schengen countries. I'm no expert, I just do a lot of reading and research 😆😆 Your travel would make sense if you'll start in Prague; proceed to Austria; then, to Switzerland. You'll just have to make sure that your itinerary states that you're spending longer days in Prague if you'll apply with the Czech Republic
Hi Miss Raine, our visa got approved 🥳 thank you again for all your help! That being said, i just wanted to get ur opinion. We’ll be staying in Interlaken for 6 days and we’re planning on going with ur suggestion of Mt. Pilatus, Jungfraujoch, Iseltwald and Grindelwald. This travel guide is so underrated. By far this is the most organized and informative travel guide if your from the Philippines going to Switzerland

this was really helpful, i thought it would be more expensive tbh, im planning to go next year for 20 days

Switzerland can be expensive but if you know which parts of your trip you're willing to splurge on, you won't regret it. :)
Thank you for the information. It is really helpful for those who wanted to travel Switzerland.
Praying to visit this country soon...🙏🙏🙏

There's a testing site at the Zürich Airport. Also, pharmacies (Apotheke) have RT-PCR testing as well.
is it okay to book through agoda which i usually do when traveling?
Yes, your hotel reservations can be through 3rd-party companies like agoda and booking
Thank you for giving a tip God bless

Yes, you should apply where you'll be staying the longest. If equal number of days for each country, apply where you'll enter first.
Is it possible to travel in switzerland for a month?
Yes, if you have the financial means to do so and the embassy grants your request

So 100k+ each person if it goes smooth?
Depends on the number of days and around 100K is the actual expenses for 14 days but for the application itself you must have more than that amount
paano po mag apply ng travel pass and may bayad po ba?
