Today it is acceptable to spend most of the time at the computer. Today's time requires this from us and it is simply necessary for the successful development of your business. And unfortunately, not everyone thinks that if the monitor is positioned incorrectly and posture, vision may deteriorate and the spine may be deformed, which can lead to unpredictable consequences. It is enough to look sometimes from the side as people sit at the monitor in order to understand that it is impossible to be in such a position for a long time without damage to health. I think everyone has heard that the monitor should be at eye level, but few people adhere to this. Unfortunately. I myself am guilty of this, not so long ago I had to move my workplace from behind the table closer to the window, and I have to sit on the floor in a turned state. There is no smell of any health benefits here. But today I will try to solve part of the problem by making an ergonomic knee chair. The design of the chair promotes good posture, because sitting in this chair with a bent back is not comfortable. At the same time, the load on the spine decreases and it becomes easier to sit on it even for a long time.
For making, I will take old pine boards. With the help of a planer I will prepare the base and with the help of a sawing machine I will dissolve it into the blanks I need. After that, I set the desired length on the miter saw and use wood glue to connect the blanks to the desired parts. Then, with the help of hammering nuts and bolts, I will connect all the parts. I will make the soft seat and knee support from two layers of foam rubber and cover it with a leather substitute using a staple gun.
