I love the Oi range! Thanks to you, I've been using it since May. I'd tried Davines years ago, wasn't impressed and finally tossed out the almost full products. This, is so great! I'm African, multi racial American with lightly relaxed hair. This leaves my hair soft and shinny. It's especially great on vacation. I can just bring this, and my hair looks great.

Just a note here. If you take thyroid medication, the iron will bind to the medication and keep your thyroid meds from absorbing which makes your thyroid levels low (hypo). My thyroid was removed when I was 16 (25 Years ago), and it has been a nightmare trying to balance nutrition while keeping my thyroid levels normal. If you are deficient in iron, you may want to talk to your doctor about increasing your thyroid meds so that you can increase your iron intake. I have about 1/3 of the hair I had at 15, and my routine is similar to what she does... Leave-in spray conditioner before you brush the tangles out, leave-in cream conditioner, then I air-dry mine and that has worked really really well.
TRippon thanks so much. I have terrible problems trying to communicate this to my physicians. They are less take care of the iron issue first and thyroid takes a back seat.
Marie Diana , you should take the iron at night or at least 4 hours from when you take thyroid meds . And don't drink coffee or tea in the am when you take your thyroid meds wait a few hours then drink that . Drink orange juice with your iron at night .

I have butt length hair. The only thing that works for length is keeping the dye + bleach to a minimum, and heat as well, and the rest is, just not trimming that often (and taking scissors to individual splits and white dots (heat damage)). I use drugstore shampoos & conditioners. Long hair doesn't have to be expensive. :)

Haha!! Loved the video, and thank you for explaining the difference between the moisturizers, I think I have been purchasing the wrong type or using the wrong type at times. Now I can hopefully straighten my dehydrated skin out, when I wake up I feel dry as a bone even though I have layered moisturizer on.

Yes, it's skin, and such lovely skin! PhotoShop and procedures have made it easy to be shocked by the look of a normal, healthy person who takes really good care of her skin. That's what healthy skin looks like. And I'm dating myself here, but there was an era not too long ago when all women over 50 had gray hair except for a few who dyed it jet black. Think about it: all women over 50 had gray hair. No one expects that look any more! I hope we aren't on the same path with facial skin. :(
Caroline could you explain all the differences between glycolic, lactic and mandelic (and whatever other) acids there are out there? what would you use them for etc. I go through with mandelic acid treatments for my acne and I was wondering if other acids would work too and what other advantages can I get from them other than clearing my skin. Thanks :D
