I think the Wheel of Money sketch has to be among my top 5-10 WKUK sketches. His anger seems so genuine, and his reactions to the person handing him note cards constantly are just great.

That entire sketch about the edge of space sounds like an amazing absurdist cosmic horror/comedy movie. Like, the confusion and horror of seeing reality melt and bend around the characters balanced with the absurd ways reality bends would make for a fantastic full-length film.
