Lo hice y es delicioso! Te recomiendo que a mitad del tiempo del freezer, o sea a las dos horas, lo saques y vuelvas a batir. Queda mucho más cremoso. El título se refiere a que no tiene crema de leche ( nata) ni leche condensada. Con el aumento considerable de grasa y azúcares correspondientes. Desde Argentina, gracias!!

Se ve exquisito este helado!! El vainillin que usas es almidón de maíz con sabor a vainilla ?, porque en Argentina usamos una esencia líquida, y vos usaste un polvo. Otra pregunta, la mezcla de yemas debe estar bien fria o tibia para mezclarla con el merengue de claras? Me podrías aclarar esas dudas por favor!! 👍🤗🇦🇷

Im Endeffekt ist es Pudding, ein sehr leckerer, den man einfriert, also könnte man eigentlich, aus jedem Pudding Eis machen. Das muss ich mal ausprobieren. Das finde ich interessant. Ich weiß, daß man türkisches Eis teilweise so macht wie hier. Nur geben die dann noch Erdnüsse und Rosinen dazu. Danke Dir, für das Teilen deines Rezeptes. Sieht echt so lecker aus. Lo hice y es delicioso! Te recomiendo que a mitad del tiempo del freezer, o sea a las dos horas, lo saques y vuelvas a batir. Queda mucho más cremoso. El título se refiere a que no tiene crema de leche ( nata) ni leche condensada. Con el aumento considerable de grasa y azúcares correspondientes. Desde Argentina, gracias!!

Se ve exquisito este helado!! El vainillin que usas es almidón de maíz con sabor a vainilla ?, porque en Argentina usamos una esencia líquida, y vos usaste un polvo. Otra pregunta, la mezcla de yemas debe estar bien fria o tibia para mezclarla con el merengue de claras?

Im Endeffekt ist es Pudding, ein sehr leckerer, den man einfriert, also könnte man eigentlich, aus jedem Pudding Eis machen. Das muss ich mal ausprobieren. Das finde ich interessant. Ich weiß, daß man türkisches Eis teilweise so macht wie hier. Nur geben die dann noch Erdnüsse und Rosinen dazu. Danke Dir, für das Teilen deines Rezeptes. Sieht echt so lecker aus.
