Hi Annie - I smile every time I hear you talking about the adjustment coming up with Gray going off to college. My husband and I have two girls (now 37 & 39). The two of them make so much noise when home together. Even more now with their special partners. One is married and one is not. The house was so quite when they first both moved out. We actually enjoyed the peace and quiet. We love them to pieces and love when they come to visit. The circle of life has both positive and negative times. Enjoy each one. Absolutely no way can I stitch in a car. I get motion sick in just about any moving object from amusement rides to airplanes. Super sensitive equilibrium. 3 and 4. Take care and have fun taking Gray to college. FYI - quilt was so beautiful. Gray will love having it with her I am sure.
Thank you for sharing your updates. I am not able to cross stitch in the car. In the car, I can bind my quilts or work on button hole my wool. I would interested in 2 Take care. Ann
I have never tried to stitch in the car. Have a wonderful trip taking your daughter to school. I remember taking our kids to school -- we drove literally across the country with our daughter -- DC to San Diego with our daughter! I'm glad we did, she got California out of her system and now lives near us. :) Our son spent his first year of college in Santa Fe, but transferred to the Annapolis campus of his school sophomore year and never went back -- Santa Fe was too small of a town. I went away for college so it wasn't as difficult for me letting them go, but I know it was really hard for my friends who hadn't had that same experience themselves (and my husband struggled a little). And I know she will definitely treasure that quilt! I still have a bedspread I crocheted for myself to match one a friend across the hall had that her mother had made! 3, 4, 6.
I will be thinking of you and your husband taking your daughter to school. Our son-in-law is taking his oldest, his son, to college tomorrow also. It's only about an hour and a 1/2 away but it's been breaking his heart ever since graduation. Enjoyed today's floss tube. The 1st thing I ever crossed stitched, I started on a road trip, didn't bother me at all. It was about a mother's love and I made it into a pillow and gave it to my mother for Mother's Day. I like your patterns number 2 and 7. Hope you have a safe trip there and back. I know your daughter will treasure the quilt and pillow you made for her.
Grey's quilt and pillow are beautiful, what a special gift for your special girl. She is going to love having and using it. 1, 2, 4, 6 I can stitch in the car as long as it's 22, 18, 16, 14 count fabric and not black. I have to wear readers also. Best wishes to Grey on her college adventure. Happy and safe travels.
Hi Annie, the quilt is beautiful! I've done some stitch as you go quilts and they're easy and fun. I don't stitch in the car because I'm usually driving. I do however stitch on the bus - I'm an autistic support aide on a school bus and in between schools we have some downtime where we're just sitting on the bus waiting to begin our run to the next school. I always have a "bus project" in my backpack, usually something on a light colored aida that's easy to see with just magnifiers and no extra light. Have a great time taking Gray to college, I can tell you from experience it's bittersweet, happy to see them excited to begin the next stage of life but so hard to let them go. I cried on and off for 5 hours on the PA turnpike after we left my son at Pitt and drove back home to the Philly suburbs! My daughter also went to Pitt, but that wasn't quite as hard because her big brother was already there. Melanie 2 6
I love stitching in the car! It makes long trips go so much faster for me. The blanket and pillow you made for Grey are absolutely stunning! And how wonderful that even though you're apart she can wrap herself up in her quilt and it'll be like a hug from you. My mom has crocheted me many blankets and they bring me so much comfort. Best if luck to herat school! 1 3 4 5 6
I absolutely love how your quilt turned out. I am making a baby quilt using the same fabric and adding the crochet lace that she did in the video. After seeing your beautiful quilt, I now want to make one for myself as I love those colors! You did such a great job! She will feel all the love you have poured into that gorgeous quilt. Good luck and safe travels this weekend. It is so hard to say goodbye when sending an offspring off to college. I cried all the way home, but it gets easier after a while. Trust your parenting since you have prepared her well for this first adventure of independence. I am retired and rarely travel due to Covid, but in the past, I have been able to stitch in the car as long as I am in the front seat. I get carsick in the back. Wishing you well on your journey with Gray. 2, 3, 4, 6
6, please. Your quilt turned out so darling! Such a pretty quilt! Have some future projects lined up for yourself after you drop your daughter off at school. Treat yourself to something fun to celebrate a job well done in raising your daughter and getting her off to school. It will keep you busy and kind of help with missing her. 🥲 I can stitch when in my husband’s truck. It has to be something with larger holes, though. I usually have a perforated paper project as well as something from Lori Holt and FQS. I’ve been stitching Lori’s Flea Market Flowers as well as stitching her matching appliqué quilt. Sometimes I knit too. Always have to keep my hands busy. 🧵🪡✂️😊♥️ Barbara
Annie ~ your quilt and the pillow you made are absolutely beautiful! How very blessed your daughter is to have a loving Mom like you! :) I hope all went well moving Gray into her dorm room. Thank you for taking the time to share with us!
Oh Annie, Grey's quilt + pillow are absolutely beautiful❣🥰 Best wishes to Grey in her new life's journey❣🥰 Best wishes to Tristan in his continued high school life's journey as well❣🥰 I hope that you and your family stay healthy, safe and happy always❣🥰 Best wishes to you + Matthew, learning your new normal❣🥰
Wishing Grey all the best on her new journey! I am so glad you got her quilt done in time to take it with her. You will be able to see it on her bed in person. The pillow was a nice touch. Talking about just under the wire!!🤣🤣🤣 It will certainly be different not having your daughter around but at least there is FaceTime and cell phones!! I can stitch in the car at times. I wish I could do more. I like to EPP in the car. It is a lot easier for me than cross stitching. Love everything you are stitching. Until next time, Happy Stitching!!❤️🪡🧵❤️
Grey's quilt came out just lovely! How cute is that pillow just love it, how lucky is Grey, what a great reminder for her while at school of how much she is loved. It's not easy when they go but they always find their way back to you. I can't stich in the car as I do all the driving because my husband is losing his eyesight and even if I didn't have to drive, I don't know if I could focus on my cross stitch. #6. Safe travels this weekend and best of lucky Grey on your new adventure.
I am usually the driver but occasionally I will bring something easy to stitch if I know it will be a long ride as a passenger. Prairie Scoolers are so good for that. Love the quilt. I know it will make your daughter smile. Especially on the not so easy days. I woukd love to stitch 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. Thank you so much for your videos. They are so fun to watch while getting a few stitches.
No, I’m not a in the car stitcher. Grey is one lucky daughter to have such a talented mom. She will definitely have the best dressed bed at college. The quilt and pillow are gorgeous! 2,3,4,5,6. Good luck to you and your family! It will be a great new adventure for Grey. 💜
Thank you, Annie, for all that you shared. The quilt for your daughter is beautiful. Good luck taking her to college. I do stitch in the car as long as I sit in the front seat. My husband does most of the driving so this works for me. I am able to cross stitch, crochet, and do English paper piecing or quilting by hand in the car.😊
I am definitely a car stitcher! I hand quilt, crochet, and cross stitch! I am fortunate I don't suffer from car sickness! Your quilt is adorable! Best wishes to your daughter! 1 2 6
I’m always driving so I’m not sure. I can’t read when I’m a passenger it does make me car sick but I think I could stitch as long as it wasn’t a lot of counting. Annie the quilt and pillow are amazing I love them and she’s going to be comforted by something her mom made just for her while being away from home. What an awesome thing you did for her. I remember that first year when my daughter was away and it was hard. She just graduated last spring and turned 23 this week. You’ll get through this and so will she. Take care. 2, 3, 4, 6,
The quilt and pillow are beautiful. I love the Pom Pom trim. Wishing your children a happy, healthy, and successful school year. I hope Gray’s college experience is wonderful. Safe travels. 💕
I really enjoyed seeing your daughter's beautiful quilt and pillow. You really got that one ready fast! I used to be a car stitcher, but now it seems I am always the driver and everyone else is stitching or not. I like 1 and 6. So glad we have another Needlework shop to travel to.
Your bookshelf looks so nice. Dropping your child off at college is certainly an emotional experience. You are so excited for them, but it's hard to get back in the car and leave without them. Gray's quilt is beautiful and I'm sure it will bring her much joy as she begins her new chapter. I wish I could stitch in the car, but unfortunately I can't. Enjoyed your video Annie. 2
Hi, Annie! Have a wonderful time getting your daughter all set at school. The quilt you made her will keep her toasty and will also warm her heart. I cannot stitch in the car - any reading gives me motion sickness. I would be thrilled to receive 1, 3, 5, or 6. Safe travels!
As I'm watching this you are taking your daughter to college and it brings back sweet memories for me. Your quilt is just darling and will look great with white bedding. Thankfully I am able to stitch in the car as our son lives 11 hours away from us. We actually pass through Knoxville every time we go for a visit. 1,2,3,4,7
The quilt for Grey turned out so pretty...love the pillow too!! Hope she has a wonderful first semester at college!! I cannot stitch in the car...too busy watching the scenery!! Guess I just enjoy watching the world go by ! Love number 6.....always a favorite!!
Hi Annie! Loved your video. I really like all the samplers on your shelves. They look great! Have a fun trip getting Grey settled in at school. I remember, not too long ago, taking my daughter Riley to school. It was tough leaving her for sure. Time flies though... she's back home with her Masters and starting her first teaching job in a few weeks. Our babies teaching the next generation. Wow, right? Her quilt and matching pillow were absolutely adorable!! Safe trip! 3, 4, 6, 7.
Annie Girl, the quilt and pillow turned out fabulous so proud of you. You have brought back many memories for me when we took 2 of our girls to Clemson..3 years apart. Helping them with their dorm rooms was a blast, hard work and HOT!! Can’t wait to hear about the trip to Michigan. I’m also doing the Caterpillar SAL for Christmas, I did the one during Covid , it had a Christmas tree, Nutcracker, Fairies…etc on it. I had so much fun stitching it…it is still an AF…almost finished ….needs to be framed. Always enjoy Proper Time!! Hugs
Hi Annie, you did a great job on the pillow and quilt, I know Gray will proudly display them. Dropping my daughter off at college was a happy and emotional time so I know what you have coming up and will say a prayer for you. I have only made one jelly roll quilt but would like to do more. I absolutely can't stitch in the car - my favorite is #2.
I absolutely LOVE your quilt and matching pillow!!! It is so beautiful and so special that your daughter will have it with her at school, what a wonderful idea! # 2, 3
Your quilt turned out so beautiful! It so wonderful that your daughter can think of you when she goes to bed every night under her quilt & know how much you love her. I pray your daughter has a wonderful first semester! Also, praying for you & your family as well! I really can’t stitch in the car. Like you only on certain things for a short time. Thank you for your videos! 2 3
That quilt is priceless! She will be the talk of the town! I am the only driver so no stitching! When I ride with my daughter and family there is plenty of things to look at or do. Someday I might take a road trip with someone else driving. Enjoyed your video! 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 thanks so much! Have a safe trip into Michigan and back!!
Love your floss tube this, week . Your daughters quilt is just beautiful and she will be covered with love and warmth from mom eveyday. It will be a big adjustment for everyone. Have a safe trip and happy stitching . I am assuming that I can stitch in the car but not sure always been driving but will fiend out soon because due to illness I cant drive anymore . love 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Thanks for everything you do for this community and making my days better.
I can stitch in the car! I find myself going with larger counts to travel. 5, 6. I love your quilt and pillow! Just amazing! I had the privilege of going to stitch, etc. It was warm, wonderful, and a real treat. I live only 50 minutes away! Blessed!
I love Gray's quilt. It is ao beautiful. I love the idea of making a quilt to send them off with. My daughter is a senior in high school this year. We have spent the summer visiting colleges. All the new adventures getting ready for that next phase in our kids life. I have been struggling to process the conflicting emotions that keep bouncing around. Between excitment and happiness to see their new experiences and the anxiety and being terrified because you are now sending them out into the world. Maybe making a quilt will help me process my anxiety. I don't stitch in the car because I get motion sickness but I do knit and crochet in the car. 2, 3, 6, 7
I don’t cross stitch in the car but I do crochet as I make prayer shawls which I give away. 1, 2, ❤️. 3, 4, 5, 6. All the best to Grey. It’s a big step for our young children.
The quilt is lovely and the pillow is sweet! And yes, I can stitch in the car. I really wish I lived closer to the new Stitch, etc.! It would be so fun to see all of the new things there! 1,2,3,4,5,6,7
I'm definitely not a car stitcher for a few reasons. First and foremost, I am the driver 99.9% of the time 😆 Also, on those rare occasions when I am the passenger, I like to "sightsee"; I enjoy looking out of the window at the scenery. Lastly, I think car stitching would make me dizzy and mess up my stitches. I'm strictly a couch stitcher! 😆 Your daughters quilt looks absolutely lovely! I'm happy for you that you were able to stitch it in time. You can always take a fabric pen and write "Love, Mom" somewhere on the label you attached to the quilt. Safe travels to you all this weekend! 2, 6. Thanks!
Your daughter's quilt and pillow are bright, beautiful and colorful. Best of luck to her starting college. Before you know it she will be back for the holidays. Safe travel to all of you. Thank you.
As a single person, I'm usually driving so I don't get an opportunity to see if I can stitch in the car. What a beautiful quilt (and pillow)! My mom made a quilt for me when I went to college. When my grandmother moved into a nursing home, we let her use it on her bed. I reclaimed it after her death, and it helps me remember my mom. I don't have a twin bed, but I use it as a throw on the couch during winter. I look forward to meeting you this coming weekend! 1 2 3 7
Hope you are having a great weekend taking your daughter to college. What an exciting time. She will love having a lovely quilt her mom made in her dorm room--a little slice of home. Safe travels back home. #1,3,4,
It definitely is bittersweet. After my kids went to university, I realized how hard it must have been for mum as I went further than my kids did. Hope she has a great time with new adventures. The mistake is la is le cos la is feminine and le is masculine.. love wip parades! But yes busy times just now. Her quilt is fantastic and it will be her comfy missing home blanket. Wow great job on the pompoms! Yes I stitch in the car, not everything but yes every time we goto city I stitch all the way. 1, 2, 4, 6 safe travels and all the best to Gray!
Annie your right "La" signifies feminine " Le" masculine and your quilt is so cheerful. Im sure your daughter will feel the love! At this point in my life I cannot stitch in the car as I keep my eye on the way my husband is driving. 2, 3, 6
I always watch your floss Tube and love you, as a single person stitching in the car is something thankfully I have never tried. I am sure drivers everywhere are grateful I keep both eyes on the road😎 2,5,6,7.
Annie the quilt and pillow are gorgeous and a lovely keepsake for Grey to remind her of home. I wish I could stitch in the car unfortunately I get motion sickness. Love # 7. Safe travels and enjoy the weekend.🌼🌼🌼
I am definitely not a car stitcher. I can't even read in a car. Lol Beautiful quilt! Best wishes to Gray for a wonderful first year at college. 1, 2 , 3, 4, 6, 7
I love your quilt for your daughter. It’s beautiful what a treasure for her. Have a safe trip and wishing your daughter all the fun and excitement that goes with going to college. It’s so exciting. 2-6
My kids are adults and have families of their own now, but I enjoyed the start of school. It seemed, even though life got busy, getting back to routines were somewhat comforting. Good luck to Grey as she starts college. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Her quilt is so pretty. I can do some simple stitching in the car ( 14 count white , fill in type stitching). I actually do more regular hand embroidery in the car. Or crossword or other word puzzles as I travel. Wishing you safe travels to college
Gray's quilt & matching pillow is gorgeous, and a beautiful way for her to be reminded of your love! Prayers for you as you travel and adjust to the "new normal". I can only stitch in the car, if it is sitting silent in my driveway..LOL!! I hope you have a wonderful week. 1, 3, 4, 7
Beautiful quilt! Your daughter will always be reminded of home with this on her bed. Safe travels this weekend Stitching in the car? Uh, no...I can't even sit in the backseat without Dramamine! 1,2,4,6 Thanks!
Wow!?!?!? Your daughters quilt is simply stunning and to add a cute pillow to go with it 😍. She is going to cherish it forever. It’s a wonder you got anything done with such a busy week. I normally stitch in the car when I’m not the driver (which is usually all the time) 😂 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Good luck on the move in weekend and spend some good family time. Before we know it the holiday break will be here. Until next time Happy Stitching
Hi, I so enjoy your flosstube. You are an inspiration. I have never tried stitching in the car. The main reason is I drive most the time :). I like: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Thank you for being so generous.
The quilt and pillow are fantastic and will be so comforting for your daughter to be wrapped in your love. I can't do cross-stitch in the car, but I can knit and have special car-knitting projects always at the ready! 2 3 6
I’m definitely not a car stitcher as I’m the driver! The quilt and pillow are beautiful! 2, 6, 7 . The best to Gray and to y’all also in finding a new normal!
I enjoy taking car trips and do stitch during them although it's been years since I've taken such a trip. Your quilt for Grey is beautiful and will be enjoyed and treasured by her. Enjoy the bittersweet trip taking her to school. 5, 6.
Quilt is amazing! Bless your heart. Thoughts will be with you. Thank you for all you share. I am definitely not a car stitcher unless I am waiting to pick up a curbside order. 😂. Even then, I have to be in a fully shaded area. 2 Have a great week! You deserve it. Should you fall apart, do it with pride knowing each tear is one of love and caring for the young woman you love. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The quilt and pillow are so beautiful! My granddaughter leaves Wed for o/of state college-scary, but exciting. I can stitch in the car, but not for long stretches. 1,2 3,4,6.
Gray’s quilt is beautiful! Congratulations on finishing it on time. We don’t go on a lot of car trips, so I haven’t had much practice stitching. What I have done, has not been successful. I DO however, stitch in the car while waiting for my daughter while she’s at school, practices, games, appointments, etc. I do make sure it’s an easy piece- not much color changes, easy to see. I hope your college drop off trip goes well. Prayers for your whole family on this new season 6 7
Yes, I can stitch in the car, along as the roads aren't too curvey!! We live on the coat of Oregon and sometimes the roads can be curvey depending on where we're going. I am an aida Stitcher, and I usually pick something that doesn't have too many colors and is fairly small. I always have a designated car project so I can just grab it and go. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
Another great flosstube wishing you all best wishes tomorrow when you drop Grey off. Her quilt is beautiful. I can’t stitch in the car as I’m the driver usually. 2
Another wonderful floss tube Good luck to your daughter at college and wishing your son a wonderful school year. I can't not stitch or crochet or read in the car....I'm too important as the navigator 🤣 not that I get motion sickness I'd like #2 of the give aways. Thank you for being so generous with your time in doing the videos
Such a good news day all around! Congrats on finishing your daughter's quilt--it's Beeeeeeeautiful! And that pillow with pom poms! Swoon! #2 (omgosh!!!) #3 please and thank you
I LOVE the quilt and the pillow is adorable with it. I hope it brings her comfort when she misses you🥰.I can stitch in the car a few minutes at a time if there is not much movement. I can hardly watch the older VCR family videos without feeling sick 🤢 😂 I hope you have a safe exciting trip!! 1,2,4,6,7
The matching patch work pillow and quilt will surely remind her of your love. It will give Gray comfort when she is away from home. I take public transportation. The bus ride is very bumpy with frequent stops. No I can't stitch in a vehicle. 1 2 3 4 6 7
Hello from Michigan! What an exciting time for yr entire family! I’ve tried but not very successful stitching in the car. Floss tube & other channels can keep me busy on long rides. You’re so generous 2 6 interest me … Happy & safe travels 👋
Your daughter's quilt is wonderful. I will be making it soon in Christmas fabrics. I've not tried stitching in the car, but I think it would make me dizzy. lol 1,2,5,6,7. I remember many years ago taking my older son to college and my younger son to military school. It was the saddest day of my life. But thank God, with a great education, they are productive citizens and happy adults.
Gray’s quilt is beautiful. She will cherish it for so many years. As far as stitching in the car…I don’t know. I am always the driver so stitching would be frowned upon :) Maybe someday I will find out. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Happy stitching and have a safe journey.
Grays quilt is beautiful. She’ll always be wrapped with love from home. I wish I could stitch in the car. I can only read as long as I’m not moving my head. 1, 2, 4, Thank you for a great video
Congratulations on getting Grey's quilt done on deadline. Way to go! Also love the pillow. Very clever use of orphan blocks. I don't usually stitch in the car because I don't make many longer trips and/or I am the driver. I do plan a bus trip to Sisters, Oregon next month and will certainly take stitching along. It will probably be something on 14 count Aida. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7
Hi Annie, another great flosstube. I've never tried to Stitch in the car... 🤔 But I will try on our next trip 😊. Grey's quilt is perfect 😍😍😍 and drive safe. NR 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Thank you
Annie, Grey will treasure that quilt for many years! Oh, the adventures and comfort the two of them will have!!
Thank you

Thank you xoxo
Grays quilt is so beautiful and will be a fantastic comforter at her new school 😌
Thank you
Annie, Gray’s quilt and pillow are gorgeous. I am sure she will feel wrapped in love every day! Safe travels to all of you. Such an exciting time!
Thank you 😊
Grey's quilt came out just lovely!
Thank you xoxxo
That quilt is lovely...I'm sure your daughter will treasure it! Dogs have great memories...so Bella will remember her for sure. Safe travels!
Thank you
No, I’m not a in the car stitcher. Grey is one lucky daughter to have such a talented mom. She will definitely have the best dressed bed at college. The quilt and pillow are gorgeous! 2,3,4,5,6. Good luck to you and your family! It will be a great new adventure for Grey. 💜
Thank you 😊
Thank you, Annie, for all that you shared. The quilt for your daughter is beautiful. Good luck taking her to college. I do stitch in the car as long as I sit in the front seat. My husband does most of the driving so this works for me. I am able to cross stitch, crochet, and do English paper piecing or quilting by hand in the car.😊
Thank you 😊
I am definitely a car stitcher! I hand quilt, crochet, and cross stitch! I am fortunate I don't suffer from car sickness! Your quilt is adorable! Best wishes to your daughter!

Take care. 2, 3, 4, 6,
Thank you so much.
The quilt and pillow are beautiful. I love the Pom Pom trim. Wishing your children a happy, healthy, and successful school year. I hope Gray’s college experience is wonderful. Safe travels. 💕
Thank you so much
I really enjoyed seeing your daughter's beautiful quilt and pillow. You really got that one ready fast! I used to be a car stitcher, but now it seems I am always the driver and everyone else is stitching or not. I like 1 and 6. So glad we have another Needlework shop to travel to.
Gray's quilt, pillow (the pillow is so cute with the pom pom trim) and the white comforter, how lovely!!!!
Thank you
the quilt is amazing and will be cherished for many years to come!!! Good job!!!
Thank you
So excited I won! And the quilt looks amazing! I hope Gray has an amazing time in college.
Thank you
Your bookshelf looks so nice. 2
Thank you so much
Hi, Annie! Have a wonderful time getting your daughter all set at school. The quilt you made her will keep her toasty and will also warm her heart. I cannot stitch in the car - any reading gives me motion sickness. I would be thrilled to receive 1, 3, 5, or 6. Safe travels!
Thank you
As I'm watching this you are taking your daughter to college and it brings back sweet memories for me. Your quilt is just darling and will look great with white bedding. Thankfully I am able to stitch in the car as our son lives 11 hours away from us. We actually pass through Knoxville every time we go for a visit. 1,2,3,4,7
Thank you so much xoxo
The quilt for Grey turned out so pretty...love the pillow too!!
Hope she has a wonderful first semester at college!!
I cannot stitch in the car...too busy watching the scenery!!
Guess I just enjoy watching the world go by !
Love number 6.....always a favorite!!
Thank you
Safe trip! 3, 4, 6, 7.
Thank you! Congratulations to your daughter and her new job. I know you are proud. xoxo
Hugs
Thank you so much! Clemson was in her list too!!
Thank you 😊
I absolutely LOVE your quilt and matching pillow!!! It is so beautiful and so special that your daughter will have it with her at school, what a wonderful idea! # 2, 3
Thank you so much
Your quilt turned out so beautiful! 2 3
Thank you so much! xoxo
Absolutely gorgeous quilt & pillow for Grey! Take care!
Thank you! 😊
5, 6, 7. Yes to car stitching? Great job on Gray's quilt!!
Thank you
Hi Annie! Your videos are always such a delight! Your daughter’s quilt and matching pillow is so cute and I love it! Happy stitching 🥰

Thanks for everything you do for this community and making my days better.
Thank you!
I can stitch in the car! I find myself going with larger counts to travel. 5, 6. I love your quilt and pillow! Just amazing! I had the privilege of going to stitch, etc. It was warm, wonderful, and a real treat. I live only 50 minutes away! Blessed!
Thank you!
Yes! I can stitch in the car sometimes. 6 💕 Gray’s quilt is beautiful! Have a safe trip!
Thank you
I love Gray's quilt. 2, 3, 6, 7
I will say a prayer for you. The process is so overwhelming. Hang in there and enjoy every minute
I don’t cross stitch in the car but I do crochet as I make prayer shawls which I give away. 1, 2, ❤️. 3, 4, 5, 6. All the best to Grey. It’s a big step for our young children.
Thank you 😊
Annie. Gray's quilt and pillow are beautiful.
Thank you! It was so much fun to make.
The quilt is lovely and the pillow is sweet! And yes, I can stitch in the car. I really wish I lived closer to the new Stitch, etc.! It would be so fun to see all of the new things there! 1,2,3,4,5,6,7
Thank you
I love stitching in the car! 2, 3, 6. Thanks again for being a great mentor and inspiration. The quilt is great!
Thank you so much!
Gray's quilt & pillow are so pretty! Poor Bella will miss her, but thank goodness for for FaceTime! Prayers for travel safety!
I think Gray will miss Bella more than us! LOL!!
2, 6. Thanks!
Thank you so much
Your daughter's quilt and pillow are bright, beautiful and colorful. Best of luck to her starting college. Before you know it she will be back for the holidays. Safe travel to all of you. Thank you.
Thank you so much!
Thank you 😊
Hope you are having a great weekend taking your daughter to college. What an exciting time. She will love having a lovely quilt her mom made in her dorm room--a little slice of home. Safe travels back home. #1,3,4,
Thank you
Gray’s quilt is beautiful. She will be able to wrap herself in it if she ever becomes homesick. My numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4
Thank you
It definitely is bittersweet.
Thank you so much!!
Annie your right "La" signifies feminine " Le" masculine and your quilt is so cheerful. Im sure your daughter will feel the love! At this point in my life I cannot stitch in the car as I keep my eye on the way my husband is driving. 2, 3, 6
Thank you
I always watch your floss Tube and love you, as a single person stitching in the car is something thankfully I have never tried. I am sure drivers everywhere are grateful I keep both eyes on the road😎 2,5,6,7.
Thank you so much
Annie the quilt and pillow are gorgeous and a lovely keepsake for Grey to remind her of home. I wish I could stitch in the car unfortunately I get motion sickness. Love # 7. Safe travels and enjoy the weekend.🌼🌼🌼
Thank you
Love your daughters quilt. Hope she has a great year at college😊
Thank you 😊
The quilt is so beautiful Annie. You do amazing work! I absolutely can stitch in the car! 1, 2, 4, 6 🐶🌷🌺❤️💕
Thank you so much!
I am definitely not a car stitcher. I can't even read in a car. Lol Beautiful quilt! Best wishes to Gray for a wonderful first year at college. 1, 2 , 3, 4, 6, 7
Thank you
I love your quilt for your daughter. It’s beautiful what a treasure for her. Have a safe trip and wishing your daughter all the fun and excitement that goes with going to college. It’s so exciting. 2-6
Thank you
My kids are adults and have families of their own now, but I enjoyed the start of school.
Thank you 😊
Enjoy your trip with Gray. Your quilt is beautiful and the pillow turned out so cute. It’ll be nice for her to have your quilt with her. 2,3,5,6,7
Thank you
Gray's quilt & matching pillow is gorgeous, and a beautiful way for her to be reminded of your love! Prayers for you as you travel and adjust to the "new normal". I can only stitch in the car, if it is sitting silent in my driveway..LOL!! I hope you have a wonderful week. 1, 3, 4, 7
Thank you
The pillow ! Genius!
Thank you!! I totally didn't mention your cookies!! I even had it written down. My brain is mush these days. Everyone loved them
Annie your daughters quilt is so beautiful - love it!!

1,2,4,6
Thanks!
Thank you 😊
Thank you ☺️
Hi, I so enjoy your flosstube. You are an inspiration. I have never tried stitching in the car. The main reason is I drive most the time :). I like: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Thank you for being so generous.
Thank you
The quilt and pillow are fantastic and will be so comforting for your daughter to be wrapped in your love. I can't do cross-stitch in the car, but I can knit and have special car-knitting projects always at the ready! 2 3 6
Thank you ☺️
I’m definitely not a car stitcher as I’m the driver! The quilt and pillow are beautiful! 2, 6, 7 . The best to Gray and to y’all also in finding a new normal!
Thank you 😊
I enjoy taking car trips and do stitch during them although it's been years since I've taken such a trip. Your quilt for Grey is beautiful and will be enjoyed and treasured by her. Enjoy the bittersweet trip taking her to school. 5, 6.
Thank you
Quilt is amazing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much. xoxo
Prayers for your whole family on this new season

Thank you
Love your videos and your quilt is colorful and happy. 2 3 6. Love the bird!
Thank you
Love the quilt what a bright and beautiful.have safe travels take care
Thank you! 😊
Thank you
Another great flosstube wishing you all best wishes tomorrow when you drop Grey off. Her quilt is beautiful. I can’t stitch in the car as I’m the driver usually. 2
Another wonderful floss tube
Good luck to your daughter at college and wishing your son a wonderful school year.
I can't not stitch or crochet or read in the car....I'm too important as the navigator 🤣 not that I get motion sickness
I'd like #2 of the give aways.
Thank you for being so generous with your time in doing the videos
Such a good news day all around! Congrats on finishing your daughter's quilt--it's Beeeeeeeautiful! And that pillow with pom poms! Swoon! #2 (omgosh!!!) #3 please and thank you
Thank you
Loved your quilt, so pretty and cheery!

Have a safe trip, and don’t be sad, great time for Gray!
Thank you! 😊
I LOVE the quilt and the pillow is adorable with it. I hope it brings her comfort when she misses you🥰.I can stitch in the car a few minutes at a time if there is not much movement. I can hardly watch the older VCR family videos without feeling sick 🤢 😂
I hope you have a safe exciting trip!! 1,2,4,6,7
Thank you
The matching patch work pillow and quilt will surely remind her of your love. It will give Gray comfort when she is away from home.
I take public transportation. The bus ride is very bumpy with frequent stops. No I can't stitch in a vehicle. 1 2 3 4 6 7
Thank you 😊
I love to stitch in the car! Thanks for sharing your beautiful quilt! 1,2,3,4,5,6,7
Thank you
Congratulations on finishing the quilt! The matching pillow is adorable! I can stitch simple items in the car, even on black! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
Thank you
Hello from Michigan!
Thank you 😊
Gray’s quilt is beautiful. She will cherish it for so many years. As far as stitching in the car…I don’t know. I am always the driver so stitching would be frowned upon :) Maybe someday I will find out. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Happy stitching and have a safe journey.
Thank you xoxo
Have a great trip. Love your quilting! So sweet, luckygirl💕
I love to cross stitch in the car & also on airplanes. 12346
Grays quilt is beautiful. She’ll always be wrapped with love from home. I wish I could stitch in the car. I can only read as long as I’m not moving my head. 1, 2, 4, Thank you for a great video
Thank you!!
Thank you
Hi Annie, another great flosstube. I've never tried to Stitch in the car... 🤔 But I will try on our next trip 😊. Grey's quilt is perfect 😍😍😍 and drive safe. NR 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Thank you
Thank you
Safe travels with Gray🙏💕
Thank you
