The latest information from a reliable source called HomDGCat suggests that four elemental reactions are getting buffed in the upcoming version 5.2 update. These include Superconduct, Overload, Shatter, and Electro-Charged reactions. These buffs will significantly increase the base damage multipliers for these reactions. While it's still unclear, there’s a chance that these changes will apply to both characters and enemies.
Let’s start with Superconduct. Superconduct is triggered by inflicting Electro on a target already affected by Cryo, or vice versa. This reaction deals AoE Cryo Damage in a 5-meter radius and reduces the Physical Resistance of all enemies in the area by 40% for 12 seconds. This makes the reaction useful in teams focusing on Physical DPS, as most of their damage output comes from raw Normal Attacks and Physical abilities.
Currently, the base multiplier for Superconduct is 0.5, but it will be increased to 1.5 in the next update. As a result, the damage dealt when triggering Superconduct will be increased by 200%, which is a huge buff. However, it won’t necessarily make this reaction much better since it's still somewhat inconsistent. Plus, there are very few characters who can make it work effectively. For example, teams with Eula, Mika, and Freminet can benefit from it, as well as Electro characters like Fischl or Raiden Shogun-but that’s pretty much it.
The same goes for the Shatter reaction, especially when fighting bosses that can't be Frozen. In case you're not familiar, Shatter is triggered when a Frozen target is hit by a Geo attack. Right now, the base multiplier for Shatter is 1.5, and after the update, it will be increased to 3, doubling your damage. Wriothesley will benefit greatly from this buff because his Charged Attacks are part of his Normal Attack string. So, could this be a hint at Wriothesley's rerun? Of course not... or maybe it is! Who knows?
Now, moving on to Electro-Charged and Overload reactions-two of the most commonly used reactions in Genshin Impact. According to the info, the base multiplier for Electro-Charged will be increased from 1.2 to 2, giving you a 66.7% damage boost. The base multiplier for Overload will be increased from 2 to 2.75, boosting your damage by 37.5%.
Electro-Charged and Overload teams will benefit a lot from these buffs, especially Overload teams, since there are already some characters who excel in them. For example, Raiden Shogun with Chevreuse and Kujou Sara form an incredible team, and this buff will make Raiden even stronger.
It's also possible that these changes hint at the release of characters who will rely on these four reactions. For example, Citlali, who is expected to be a 5-star Cryo support, or Ororon, whose kit revolves around Electro-Charged reactions. And let’s not forget Mavuika, whose release will greatly benefit Overload teams.

Shatter is triggered when a frozen enemy is hit by any Heavy attacks like Claymore normal attacks...
I think it it’s just blunt attacks and Wrios charge counts as blunt, along with Claymore normals, and geo attacks.

Thank you for the update. However, shatter is not just triggered by geo. It could be another physical damage dealt to a frozen enemy.
It can be done by any heavy attackers. Even Wriothesley’s CA can shatter frozen targets.

i think hoyo making buff for cyro archon/capitano in further release so they buff superconduct and shatter reaction because actually you can make electro-charged and superconduct reaction together in one team
Also, chargeconduct can also allow for shatter. A new, cooler version of Soup (Hydro+Electro+Dendro+Pyro)
this is a great way to buff up old characters while not directly buffing them i like it chevreuse is about to be even better

It's alright, my Hyperbloom team still occasionally triggers Electro-charge.
The REAL problem is that the existence of Furina makes Transformative Reaction teams lag pretty far behind, maybe once we get a character that can buff these reactions or lower the internal CD.

it cant be a coincidence that they are releasing an anemo carry (Chasca) that can proc multiple reactions in a single instance along with a buff to the given reactions which will be commonly triggered except shatter (unless her CA’s count as heavy attacks). It seems like they rly want us to use up primos just right before mavuika (just an opinion)

This should also help my Fischl deal more damage in my Freminet team. Stringless Fischl does have EM.
The buff only increases the reactions damage and the dmg was always negligable, it was the physical RES shred that you get out of the reaction itself that you wanted for Eula. Which stays unchanged atm, so this will not be noticable in the slightest

My roommate's team is built around physical dps and shatter. He uses Eula, Raiden, and Kokomi, as well as whatever random 4th character he feels like using at the time. I've seen really big damage numbers, talking 50k Normal Attacks. Clearly he's doing something right.

So...they're buffing what doesn't really need buffed as much. Electro got a huge buff just from the existence of Dendro. When will they improve Geo? Shatter doesn't count.

How about an Immune reaction? Imagine if Immune buffs your party's physical damage bonus by 42% for 15 seconds. It would change everything, and new enemies with immunity would make physical DPS characters stand out even more.
These buffs are great and all but I really thought that with the advent of the new geo characters recently that they’d actually do something interesting with crystallize but no. *sighs* I guess Navia will be the best and only character who actually does something kinda amazing with crystallize til who knows how long…
