I apologize for the confusion from my prior comment, Ive looked into it some more! This art work is by 'Hikonyan1998' on TH-cam, theyve posted a full length speedpaint on it, its from 16 years ago! The character is from 'Rozen Maiden'. Someone on Deviantart apparently used hikos piece as an art guide and themselves stated that Hiko changed up the character from rozen maiden a little to suit their preferences. Meaning its not an official manga panel but rather fanart from the previously stated artist. Playlist youtubers just have a bad habit of using uncredited art without permission for their videos. This is your cue, OP! Credit them.
This is so good. Breakcore is quickly becoming one of my favorite genres. Only discovered it a few days ago and it's been all I've been listening to.
