Greetings , I, too, have spent some time in Tanzania, and your assessment of the country is accurate in my opinion. I loved the raw natural beauty of the Tanzanian Savannah, however, the infrastructure, or the lack there-of, was shameful and disappointing. The government should invest more funding into the roadways... and while they are at it....the government should increase the wages for their employees. I experienced airport employees and security people at the shopping mall begging me for money. West African Countries are primarily in the same economic situation. Have you visited/experienced South Africa (SA) yet? There you can find an assortment landscapes: Mountains; Ocean; Savannah; Urban; Countryside... The infrastructure is "1st World". People have their choice of African culture, along with the benefits of the Western World...if desired. The three (3) main cities are Johannesburg, Durban, and Capetown. Each have their own unique vibe. There is primarily (3) seasons...minus an actual winter...however it does get a bit cold. The exchange rate of the $ USD to the South African Rand is not as beneficial to Americans as in Tanzania, the cost of living in South Africa is way less expensive than in The United States. Some people are a bit unsettled about the large population of Umzungus in South Africa. They are still the minority group, and the indigenous Africans, (including Expats), have to continue getting accustomed to living life after the abolishment of apartheid. In order to get a SA Residential VISA, the applicant must return to their home country and complete a laundry list of items. An appointment for the SA Consulate in your home country has to be made, and an interview conducted. This process can take up to six (6) months if there is the usual backlog. I may try a couple other African countries before I make my Residential VISA Request. I hope you enjoy Egypt. It has not been on my radar because I like greenery and ocean, and the citizens there look a bit nonchalant towards melanated folk. LOL. I enjoy your frank updates on your explorations. I'm Nigerian. Same Sh*t here in Nigeria or even worse. I returned to Nigeria after 3 decades of living all across the western world, including 2.5 decades in the US until shortly after the racially motivated official murder of George Floyd by a White Police Officer. Just as in Tanzania, landlords do not take responsibility for their substandardly built homes that slowly starts to fall apart after you move in. As for the visa situation in in Tanzania, it sounds like a foreigner unfriendly nation to me. However, it's far better than when Africans, excluding my self because Heaven forbids that I ever return to the US, tries to obtain a US Visa anywhere in Africa, whereby the US embassy scams most applicants of visa fee, knowing fully well that their application will be rejected. Suffice to say that every country has its own problems, I couldn't stay in the US any longer because of racially motivated official murder of Black People on a regular basis by primarily White Police, who murder Black People on a regular basis under the guise of self defense, fear or mistake. Why i left Tanzania is videos old ! if you culd have dropped 2022 it was trend, but now is old, it use to be trends but no more now, Its already old , but i enjoyed yr video, thanks for sharing, you could had gotten residency $2000 for every 2 years,
@@EventonScene If I cared about a trend, I would have dropped it then. Who was going to pay $2,000 for residency every two years? Not me, which is why I left and found a country that has immigration requirements that meet my needs. Thanks for watching.
@@sadeimoresojourns Im trying doing the maths now, lets do the maths, now, $2000/( 2 years)=$2000/(365 times 2) = $2000/(730) = $2.7397 @day to reside or live in a country for two years, =Tsh6000, i could be wrong , if one cant afford that , i dont think someone should relocate, economic is challenging understandable, but lets be real, $2.7397 each day to lie in acertain county , in my opeinion , one shouldnt relocate all the way to another continent, but honest speaking i enjoy your video, Im GLAD EGYPT doing spiritual healing for you, , thanks for sharing your experience

@@sadeimoresojourns I'm surprised you would try to settle in an Arab country.
Why and who said I was settling? I'm going wherever it works for me. That's why I travel.
Thats a strange strange move, so you left US and now live in a non Sub Saharan, Islamic Arab country.
You left an ''African Country" and migrated to a country on the African continent that considers itself anything but African!! Hmmm I wonder how the Egyptian folks aka ''Middle Easterns'' welcomed you there 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Sure did, and they welcomed me just fine. It's been 3 years, and I'm okay with my decision. For the record, I don't care what the people who now live in Egypt "consider" it to be. It's in Africa regardless. Good day.
@@sadeimoresojourns Lol, it's in "Africa", like Saudi Arabia is in "Asia" but it's nothing like Japan or Thailand. These continental labels are quite meaningless as landmasses host a large diversity of often very distant cultures. Egypt is only African in a geographic sense, stop playing, it's not Nigeria or the Congo.
Listen tink tink. I had my time in East Africa, and THAT'S THAT! I know where I am, why I'm here, and what works for me. If y'all want me to be in Nigeria, Congo, or anywhere else in Africa to get the "real African experience," then hit the CashApp. If not, shut ya mouth. 🙄
@@peteferguson518My question for you is.....have you physically traveled to Egypt before? What about TZ? The continent of Africa as a whole? I would love to hear your personal experiences since you seem to know what to expect when visiting these places instead of talkin out of your a** like some people and having not stepped foot out of the US.
its no different than getting attacked and hate from other african countries. I know people who lost their lives in south africa. you can experience hate in every african country. You cant blame a whole nation because of what few did.
you know what am sorry but don't speak ill of my country
I didn't speak ill of your country. It just didn't work best for me. I'll visit again, though.
But the Country you went (Egypt) although sounds good in the Ear but cost of living part will chase you away and you will remember Tanzania by far. Also Tanzania has no such thing as racism or tribalism like other countries in Africa, so You will tell us in a few months to come between Tanzania and Egypt, just keep my comment sister... Also tell us if it is easy for an African to relocate to US to make it a home, and how the process is like...US Visa, Passport...
Egypt does not only sound good to the ear but is good to MY pockets. I'm sorry if you lived there and it didn't work for you. My focus is not on Africans moving to America. It's on AAs moving to Africa. If the comment about how Africans are treated relocating to America was supposed to be a point, you failed miserably.. AAs don't run our government, but your people run yours. There's a difference. Anyway, thanks for watching.
you know what if youll need to come to Tanzania again find me
