Hello, I am using Mimaki JV33, Rasterlink 5, every time the head comes on the cap and spit out paint while printing, so a lot of paint is wasted. Is there a solution for this, can I prevent the head from coming over the cap every time during printing? I would be glad if you help.

Which is the best version of Rasterlink to work with UJF 3042MkII? I currently use Rasterlink 6 plus, do I need downgrade to Rasterlink 6 or upgrade to Rasterlink 7?

Hi there, Rasterlink6 or Rasterlink6 Plus works best for the this machine as Rasterlink7 is not available yet for our UV flatbed printers.

Hi Daniel, sorry for the delayed response. Color Adjustment can be a feature, which you can change from our Rasterlink software. if you have installed the program, you can check it on page 104 of our manual: Replace a color of the image with another color - Color replacement.

I'm sorry but Rasterlink 6 in my opinion is one of the worst rip software. This is the first Mimaki machine I have owned for print and cut. I have a 150-130 and it is a nightmare. I am still waiting for the job (1mg) to Render and it's been over 4 hours so far. This is common with some PDF files. Not impressed and would never buy another Mimaki or use Rasterlink ever again. I can't wait until it blows up.

some of the worst program. how to say its free ? when is clearly not free ? Very few options, not clearly when start and finish the job. not cartezian coordonate, not option to not cut material, it advance. machine work how it wants. not posible to auto arange multiple objects, and put distance between them, a joke of program for sale at same outrageous price like machine that it deserve, for a long term scam company., and no... i am not a concurent, i am a simple user that was suficient naive to buy this type of equipment, that many influencer make a fake pr for the right price.
